Dr. Bahram Ghaderi

There are so many reasons I call Dr. Ghaderi (and his staff) amazing. First and foremost is his flawless work. I've had 3 procedures done by him (over approximately 20 years) and couldn't be happier. One of my primary care doctors commented to me on how beautiful his work is when I told her about it! He is so easy to talk to, is very direct about what he recommends (and doesn't recommend--which I respect) and his caring follow-up always impresses me! His staff has the same caring and professionalism that he does--always friendly and accommodating. The entire practice is made up of true professionals! I would highly recommend Dr. Ghaderi to anyone in need of or interested in his services and top-notch skills!

10 years ago I had several consultations for breast augmentation and decided on Dr. Ghaderi based on his medical experience, expertise, caring and knowledgeable bedside manner. Fast forward to Dec 2022, I decided to take out my implants for personal reasons. I am 3 weeks post opp, healing well with no complications and most of all he did an amazing job, again. Dr. Ghaderi makes you feel extremely comfortable to ensure you are making the best decisions for you -the patient. The amount of pre and post opp support has truly been above and beyond. Dr. Ghaderi gives you an active cell phone# to call him directly for emergencies to bypass answering services, which is unheard of. The complications that can arise with any surgery, stitches, drains, muscle recovery etc can truly be avoided with the right Dr. I’ve had a number of follow ups in the office; 24 hour, weekly for a month and now every 3/4 weeks. His front office is extremely nice , funny and always helpful! Highly recommend!

Very stern, never smiled and unwilling to help. Seems to like to do only the easier things, unfortunately. Bare minimum exam, if you can call it that at all. Decided immediately not to use this doctor. Found him to be very pushy for private information…. Doesn’t seem to understand that no means no. Does not seem trained to do anything but the basic textbook simpler procedures.

Went to him for a Top masculinization consult. I have look at numerous different surgeon’s results for people with the same body type as me, so i know a general idea of what is plausible for me. I understand that everyone is different, but he tried to tell me the outcome I wanted was unrealistic and said no matter what i’d need revisions. He told me Id be better off just tattooing my nipples on instead of grafting them because what i was asking for was too complex. All i asked for was smaller nipples? Then had the audacity to suggest gastric bypass for me. Excuse me? I’m not even 265 pounds? None of the other surgeons I have consulted with even mentioned weight being a problem. If he did not have the ability to give me what I was wanting, he should have just said that instead of proceeding to insult me for the last 15 minutes of the consult. If you are a larger trans man looking for top surgery, look somewhere else.

Dr. Ghaderi and his staff are amazing! He makes sure to explain everything in advance, and walk you through the whole process. His staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Ghaderi continues to check-in post-op to make sure that all is well. Two thumbs up!

I was referred to Dr. Ghaderi for a tummy tuck procedure after losing a large amount of weight. I am above 50 and was very concerned on having surgery that is elective. I received excellent care in the surgery, but also follow up care. I value Dr. Ghaderi for his top medical expertise, but also the caring he and his staff provided. I had an excellent patient experience and will seek him out for additional plastic surgery services. I highly recommend his care and would rate him higher than a 5 if that were possible.

I came to Dr. Ghaderi and St. Charles Plastic Surgery after being diagnosed with breast cancer and deciding to have a bilateral mastectomy with reconstruction. After being diagnosed with breast cancer and having gone through chemo and other therapies and seeing all the doctors I had seen I was tired and having a hard time keeping all the facts straight in my head. Dr. Ghaderi was very kind, patient and listening and willing to meet with me several times until I decided I was ready and comfortable to move forward. Whenever I called the office with a question or concern I almost always had my call returned within 30 minutes, by him. He was willing to take the time to talk directly with me, that is a rarity in today's world. I couldn't be happier with the results of my reconstruction. I had no complications. One of my other doctors told me I should be a poster child for this surgery because it turned out so amazingly well. I felt like family throughout the process because of the care that he and his staff showed. I wish there were more doctors out there like him. They are getting harder to find.

I would think that a doctor would a least have my chart with him when he came in the room or know why I was there when he came in. He has ZERO bedside manner. He definitely has a sales side and then changes after you agree to surgery. So sad that I chose him based on references!

I would definitely recommend Dr. Ghaderi to any of my friends and family! I had plastic surgery done in Chicago before and was unhappy. In my first appointment with Dr. Ghaderi, I was impressed with his professionalism. He presented different options available and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I am extremely happy with my procedure!

Would highly recommend Dr. Gharderi. He was a great doctor to me. I had to get breast reconstruction surgery because of a breast tumor I was diagnose with. He explained everything that was going to happen and how recover was going to be. I couldn't be happier with the results of the surgery. He has a wonderful staff who will make you feel welcomed once you enter through the door.

Dr. Ghaderi was my reconstructive surgeon following my bilateral mastectomy. The level of professionalism, kindness, and compassion of Dr Ghaderi and his staff (Dale, Monica and Gabrielle) cannot be described or matched. I will forever be grateful for him and his staff. Dr. Gharderi is amazing!! He operated on my 17 yr son who had a rare tumor on his head. Not only did he have to operate once but twice in the same spot. His work is brilliant, amazing, astonishing, breathtaking, impressive, extraordinary, need I say more? Very disappointed. I got the lipoma (excised) removed on 1/25/2017 and now the Northwestern Medicine Hospital if charging me almost $2,000, the insurance paid almost $5,000. Extremely expensive, this is apart of $643.00 that I paid in the office prior the procedure. Also, I am also now short of breathing after the procedure. Doctor never told me that the cyst may come back , he told me after the procedure. I was at the hospital for less than an hour. This amount is extremely exaggerated

Thank you so much Dr. Ghaderi . I had my Breast Augmentation surgery nearly a year ago and Dr. Ghaderi did a phenomenal job. From the start Dr. Ghaderi was very professional and responsive to my concerns . I felt his confidence and comfort thru out the entire process. I know he truly cares. The staff is just wonderful . He was very comforting during the whole process and extremely knowledgeable in his field. I had a breast augmentation, am 31 with no kids and very satisfied with my results 3 months post op. He took extra steps to ensure my safety that other surgeons had overlooked. I would definitely return to him for anything I would need done in the future. His staff is also amazing!!! The receptionists are so sweet even when I'd call frequently with questions.
