Dr. Badri Jureidini

Dr. Jureidini was very confidence-inspiring and kind. He explained everything he was doing and did his job quickly and impeccably. This is my second root canal with him. Never a walk in the park, but he makes it as painless as possible.

On Monday 8/3/2020 at 0815 my daughter and I presented at RCT Endo for an 0830 appointment. At approximately 0925 Dr. Jureidini enters the room as typical, without a mask. I explained it was now 0930 and we had been waiting with no courtesy update. He then proceeded to cut me off gesturing with his hands “Whoa, whoa ,whoa! This is not a Starbucks and if I’m with a patient, I cannot stop to come and give you an update. Stating he’d gone to see a doctor before and waited TWO hours and that he didn’t say anything! I asked if I could finish what I’d started to say he responded “No, no you can’t finish!” I sat there in DISBELIEF being told I don’t have a right to speak! After several reminders from him that I had no right to have an issue with his tardiness I asked him if he was finished. He says “Yea, go ahead” I expressed I am a clinician as well. He responds “Yea good for you, you probably don’t see patients.”I’ve never been so disrespected! He will never see my kid again! He gets an F!

Dr. Jureidini really went far out of his way to help me at a time I needed care urgently. In these uncertain times, that is valuable beyond measure. His calm, confident, kind, and competent demeanor was extremely comforting. His communication skills are excellent, and I was able to get the information that I needed to make a difficult decision quickly. The staff at RCT Endodontics, Laurel was unfailingly friendly, helpful, communicative and sympathetic. Everyone I interacted with at the practice was delightful to deal with, and made me feel that I was welcome and in good hands. I would unhesitatingly recommend Dr. Jureidini, and RCT Endodontics to anyone who needs quality, caring medical attention.
