Dr. Badia Jabbour

We couldn't ask for a better pediatrician than Dr. Jabbour! She has always gone above and beyond for our son. I wish she could be my doctor.

Always shows love and compassion for all my kiddos and is extremely thorough!

Dr. Jabbour has been caring for my oldest for almost three years and from our first conversation to the present she has always been so genuinely caring and thorough. When our second came along, he was cared for equally as well. Dr. Usher as been a wonderful addition. I can't say enough nice things about this practice and highly recommend them.

Dr Badia Jabbour is the best professional I have ever seen. I have 3 children and been through so many pediatricians. If you are looking for connection, knowledge and a pediatrician that really cares about your children this is the place. She is always available when you need it. This is an Awesome group! They really care about each one of their patients. They know my kids and my kids actually like going to the doctor.

She is the best pediatrician, her diagnosis is always correct and accurate, and her communication with the patient is more than wonderful. She has been my pediatrician for seven years????

Jabbour is the best. So good, in fact, I'm hesitant to post about it bc I'm afraid too many folks will go to her and getting an appt will become more challenging...lol.

Dr. Jabour and her team are really wonderful. They are always listening, patient and always responding immediately when there is a question or an illness emergency. They will always find time and will not delay acceptance if the kid is sick. My kids really feel comfortable at the clinic, whether it is a scheduled visit or a sick visit and they really love Dr. Jabour!

I I’ve Dr Jabbour. She has seen my kids since they’ve been 2. She has helped coordinated care with Legacy, Shriner’s and Dorenbecher’s to help my children’s overall health. She is kind and spends time understanding my family’s needs.

I switched my daughter to Dr Jabbour for her 2 month check up today as our initial pediatrician didn’t seem to care enough about my child. Dr Jabbour spent 1.5hr with us going over all of our questions and led a very informative dialogue with us as first time parents. On top of answering all of our questions and suggesting solutions for our child’s reflux, she performed a very thorough exam on my daughter. So this is what a real pediatrician check up looks like! Dr Jabbour’s office staff is also amazing! Very very nice, professional and really went above and beyond. We’re very happy that we finally found a pediatrician for our daughter who we trust and can lean on for support.

Dr Jabbour is lovely and caring, but her billing rep is questionable and has caused so many insurance problems, random codes billed, incorrect statements as well as statements sent 10 months after service date. We’ve now switched providers.

To this day, Dr. Jabbour is still the best pediatrician our family has ever had.

We still can not process the final experience we had with this doctor and her 1 staff member (at the time) we last visited. The doctor decided she could not continue to care for a medically complex child, so she dropped my kiddos as patients over a weekend, sending a letter we did not get until after we showed up for the visit, humiliated my daughter who struggled with among other issues, anxiety and depression. It was a medication refill visit. The doctor refilled 1 of 3 meds (via the pharmacy before we were notified about the change) but did not refill 2 others meds she takes daily. A call to the Medical Board was even more disheartening. I could fill a complaint, which I did, but refiling meds is a grey area. We called our previous provider who took care of everything and accepted us back in the practice. We had changed because of location. Never in all my life had I ever had a doctor so something so awful and to a kiddo she knew would take this to heart. In addition, the shortage of staff created issues. The patient portal does work as it should if you have more than one child. Sometimes the office is closed when it shouldn't be. Calling after hours created even more challenges. And the lack of communications creates safety issues. Billing is an email, not even a name. We have argued no show charges that are inaccurate. The office gal called on our behalf and clarified with biller, and the charges continued. At this point, we have given up challenging this and are paying a bill we shouldn't for a total of $150.00. Dr. Jabbour truly cares for her patients as if they were her kids. She's very friendly and knowledgeable. Their West Linn office has tablets and toys for kids. There is a side for well checks and side for children who are ill. They have convenient office hours too.

The issue happened to me when I received a bill from this clinic in November 2015. I called the clinic to double check if there was a mistake, then called my insurance company to ask if the clinic helped to file the claim, and asked if we still got covered. The insurance company confirmed that they never received any claim from this clinic. And unfortunately, they also denied processing my claim after that due to the following ISSUES CAUSED FROM THE CLINIC’S SIDE: 1. There was no insurance code for the insurance company to identify and validate my coverage and to process further 2. Timely filling: The actual date of service: September 04, 2014 – The first invoice issued was dated over a year later on October 29, 2015 and surpassed the acceptable time frame 3. Incorrect date of service on the invoice: October 9, 2014 With this being said, I am unfortunately asked to be FULLY responsible for the service that my son had with the clinic. The insurance company was fully responsible for my claim if filled in a timely manner. The clinic should also be responsible for their invalid invoice that led to the benefit denial. IT IS NOT A MORAL BUSINESS PRACTICE TO ASK ME TO PAY IN FULL FOR WHATEVER THE CLINIC CHARGED ME INCLUDING THE COST OCCURRED BY THEIR MISTAKES. I ask that the clinic should not charge me for any accumulated financial charges. Dr Jabour is professional, caring, personable and EXCELLENT at what she does. I'm so happy to have found her. She checks my daughter from head to toe every time, asks pertinent questions, takes the time to know her and assesses her in detail. She is also the one who answers calls after hours. I highly recommend her.

Dr Jabbour is a very talented, extraordinary physician. She was my Son's pediatrician since he was born. She is so welcoming, answers all my questions well, easily accessible when we are looking for her help 24/7. I would have to leave her because I have to move to California. Dr. Badia Jabbour is incredible with my son. She is very patient and knows exactly how to connect with him. I would certainly recommend her to anyone looking for an amazing doctor for their child.

Dr. Badia Jabbour is an excellent doctor. Our experience has been extremely pleasant. For our first born we had so many questions. She was always patient with us and took time to answer each and every question, even the smallest doubts were cleared. During appointments she is quite thorough and gave us her undivided attention. Other than appointments she is prompt in responding to any queries via email. She is also available on Saturdays which makes it easy for working parents. She is accommodative in case of emergencies. Its great to have the doctor available when needed and with Dr. Jabbour we never had to be concerned incase our baby fell sick. She is also diligent in her recommendations and avoids unnecessary visits at the same time accommodative if we want to meet. I would strongly recommend her as a pediatrician. Dr. Jabbour is an excellent pediatrician not only is she very attentive to my child's needs (specially when sick) but she actually listens to my concerns and really cares for both, the patient's needs and really shows a matter of interest to what I have to say.
