Dr Kazmi and Jamie are awesome! Staff was so sweet and accommodating, happy I switched to these providers!

I was seen by Dr.Kazim this week, I came in thinking I had influenza A symptoms. He agreed. Asked if I had a cough and I said no… but my throat hurt so bad I could hardly open it or speak. He did not look in my throat, feel my hugely swollen lymph nodes, or assess me in any way. He blew me off as influenza A because he sees it so much. I went home and suffered miserably for 2 more days with no antibiotics until my PCR test came back negative for flu and COVID. I immediately went to an urgent care who did a thorough assessment and a strep test. I’m positive for step, no surprise, and I’m on antibiotics now. I could have been on the mend 48 hours earlier had he done his due diligence. Never again will I go back and I imagine anywhere else is better. Very saddened by this and feel terrible putting it out in the world but save yourself.

I'm new to this clinic but I like it alot. The staff is very polite. I especially like Dr. Kazmi, I didn't want to go to the doctor for a long time cause I was just uncomfortable, but I think Dr. Kazmi is awesome! I highly recommend this doctors office.

My children were Dr. Arif's patients at Hurley. Now we've been with him for 30+ years. Never had a problem with him nor any staff member. I love being seen by Jaime B! ????

Very disappointed in the care provided. Takes the easy way out and does not follow-up. Doesn’t care about patients and puts herself first. Does not follow-up with the hospital or see patients in the hospital.

Fraud warning. They charged $521 dollars to my debit card and ive never even been to this place before. I live in Pennsylvania. Will be pressing charges.

Very great doctor, listens to concerns and isn’t dismissive.

My family and I have used this office for years. They’re always friendly, available, and attentive to us.

the worst doctor and staff i've ever encountered. i truly cannot believe how lazy these people are. i needed a medication refilled (was completely out) and the receptionist acts like it's the biggest chore to refill anything and will not call it in. the doctor makes you diagnosis yourself and interrogates you. but then when you think anything is wrong she brushes it off and won't even give you a referral anywhere. it's so sad that there's doctors like this.

My children have been with Dr Badar Ahmed for 4 years, many times on very short notice due to sudden illness and never once was I told I couldn’t bring my children in. Wait times are reasonable for someone so accommodating and actually takes their time to greet you properly and ask questions.

Not the most professional office. I had my second appointment with the doctor last week. The office was running an hour late so I had to reschedule. I did remind the receptionist that I needed a prescription refill as I was out as of that day. She assured me that the doctor would call it in. The doctor did not call it in. I suspect that they forgot to tell her before they left for the day. This doctor may be great, but her support staff sucks. Go elsewhere. Not the most professional office. Terrible follow up

Not great. Very disorganized and seems to let things fall off her radar. STaff talk about her which doesn't make me feel like she is a good employer. I don't know that I will keep her as my doctor. I plan to see if my insurance will let me change.

Dismissive and poor follow up. Never does paperwork requested and I’ve heard her speak poorly to her staff. There are no sinks - I want to see my doctor wash her hands. Gross.

The worst/uncaring Dr. I've been to. The first day I went the nurse didn't know what she was doing, told me they couldn't take blood work. Dr come in and said they could. Doesn't inform you of your results. I've tried to contact them multiple times, the number does not go through. She doesn't seem too much to REALLY listen to your concerns. She also tries to do pelvic exams on women, although I informed her of my OBGYN... would NOT recommend her. Office is run down, not friendly staff at all.

Today was supposed to be my initial visit. I called in advance to make sure this office took my insurance and they said they did. After waiting over 40 minutes to meet the dr the front desk receptionist called to verify my insurance which I could hear through the walls. She came back and said they didn't take my insurance. I got this particular dr off my insurance company list. I left and called my insurance company he explained they were in network and how they should bill I asked him to speak to the front desk girl who was busy so I asked the other girl up front if she did insurances she said some and talked to him. The reason I asked if she did insurances is because I didn't want to have to keep passing the phone around. She said let me have you talk to the other girl, She then got on and without letting him talk she said you will need to call Becky (I believe) which I believe was her because the other girl said the same name when she said I'll heave you talk to her. She said its after hours now...it wasn't after hours when I was there though. Even though they do take my insurance I would not go back to this office. I'm sure the doctor may be good but your employees and their professionalism or lack there of is a reflection of you. Just wanted the doctor to know how she's accepting new patients and that her front desk doesn't show that. Dr. Ahmed is a wonderful doctor who listens to her patients. First appointment with her is a meet and Greet just to get to get to know you. Staff is very friendly. You get seen on time.

Dr.Ahmed is Amazing I personally been going to her 4+ years. She cares about your well-being, she actually listens to you and doesn't rush. I've never met a Doctor as good as her can't go wrong by choosing her for your doctor.

The very foundation of a good doctor is to be a good person. She is a good person and on top of that she knows what she is talking about.

I felt very at ease with Dr. Ahmed. I just saw her for the 1st time. She is very kind and compassionate and takes her time and listens. She gives great advice and has a very caring demeanor. I highly recommend her to anyone.

My first visit was today. Im a truck driver from Ga and I had a tooth that was hurting so bad it needed abstracted..I found Dr.Ahmed by google and I am glad I did. I couldn't of asked for a better and caring dentist and staff treats you like family. I come through here alot and will get come back if needed. I recommend Dr Ahmed to anyone that needs any dental help..

Dr.Ahmed was wonderful quick and very kind. She and her staff made me feel at home,I am an over the road truck driver that had a severe toothache where i needed help immediately...I googled a dentist and Dr Ahmeds name came up and Thank god she got me in immediately to take care of me. 100 stars if I could I would vote. They will have my service again as I come through Grand Blanc Michigan..

My first visit with Dr. Ahmed was in December. I didn't have a doctor and she was recommended to me by a neighbor. She was great! She met me first to make sure I was comfortable with her enough to continue with her as a doctor. All of my visits were timely and she was thorough. She didn't pressure me to do examinations/tests that I didn't feel I should do, she made suggestions but told me it was up to me to make the final decision. Great doctor!
