My wife got pregnant i called them asking if they can take new patient they said yes but the appointment will be after 2 months cuz they are near our area and no other choice we wait 2 months ( without any care for my wife ) before the appointment date they called me and canceled the appointment.!!!! Why ?they said the doc not available in this date ok i asked when the next appointment she said we dont know !!!!!! My wife she was very tired and we lose the baby .!!!!! Unfortunately Thr sadness story i called by another number and i asked them if they take new patients or if they available they said yes without giving them my wife name .!!!! Are you human .??? Shame on you

Amazing doctor, highly recommend. Makes you feel like you are family. Shows concern and compassion with all your needs.

Dr. Ardakani doesn't deserve any stars. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! After Dr. Afshar retired, I scheduled an appointment with her, thinking she had the same professionalism and bedside manner. I was wrong. My first and last appointment with Dr. Ardakani was in April 2022 to discuss my fibroids. I was told I would be put on a waiting list with others who were going to have the same procedure. Fast forward, almost a year later and two ultrasounds, I have not heard from her or her nurse. But, I received a bill. I am now looking for another obgyn. It's unfortunate. I've been a patient with Dr. Afshar for over 30 years. He would be disappointed knowing how his colleague treats his former patients. I felt rushed during my appointment with her. I was told she had to hurry up because she had another patient waiting. A very disappointing experience.

De.Ardakani is FANTASTIC. she delivered my son and was helpful, listened, understood and made me feel connected. Currently pregnant again and can’t imagine anyone else being there but her.

Terrible service. Doctor was running 2 hours late and they could not even call me to let me know. I waited 3 months for an appointment only to have to beg to be rescheduled with another Dr at a different location. I was early for my appointment and conscientious of the Dr's time but apparently the office does not recrepicate. Very unprofessional. Terrible service. Perfectly nice Dr. but the office is radically inefficient in the way they operate. The wait times are long, the staff is unorganized and not helpful (or empathetic). Working moms are already strained every minute of their day, as a practice you should be respectful of our busy schedules and make things easy for us. If this was my first pregnancy I would have loved to have the advice of this Dr. But 2nd I have no time or tolerance to deal with unorganized, uncoordinated staff in order to see a great Dr. Perfectly nice Dr. but the office is radically inefficient in the way they operate. Dr. Ardakani was so kind and gentle with my Mother. Mom had frontal lobe dementia so it could have been very difficult but Dr. Ardakani was able to calm my mother and we were able to get through the exam. Dr Ardakani is amazing and was very informative about post menopausal issues. I cant thank her enough

I absolutely loved Dr. Ardakani! She is sweet and attentive. I was referred to her because I was TTC for about 1 year by then and just to check everything was okay did a couple tests and then eventually I was on Clomid. Surprisingly I ended up conceiving naturally when I didn’t pick up my medication on time. I want to say maybe a year or less later. Through out my pregnancy I felt very well cared for! her and the staff are amazing. Unfortunately she did not get to deliver my baby boy since he came a week earlier before I was due to be induced. When I returned for my 6 week check up she was just the sweetest hugging the baby and saying they are the reason she does what she does ☺️♥️ I would LOVE to have her as my OB again as I am currently pregnant but my experience with labor/delivery baby was not great. Dr. Ardakani is the amazing doctor . She take care of you fine and she loves her job so she does it well

She's the best! Personal quality care. She is my doctor, my daughter's and has delivered 4 of my grandchildren.

Such a nice doctor, she will do anything and everything to help avoiding C-section. Mine was needed but doctor tried everything in her power. Babys and momma well being 1st. Highly recommend and appreciated

Dr. Ardakani saved my baby’s life. She happened to be on call at the hospital I was delivering at and read the writing on the wall before my midwife. So grateful for her oversight and her personality that put my husband and me at ease in a difficult situation. We absolutely love her!

My experience many years ago was great, she is very kind and professional. She likes what she does making patients to feel been in really good hand. I wish I could get with my second pregnant that unfortunately I lost by baby.

Dr. Ardakani is truly amazing. She has been my OBGYN for 2 years, and I feel so comfortable and welcomed with every visit. She's kind and patient with every question, and put my mind at ease anytime I was concerned about something. Now that I'm pregnant, I'm even more grateful that I found her 2 years ago.

I have been seeing Dr. Ardakani since I was 18 years old. She is fantastic! She cares so much about her patients. She’s checks in on you; your life, well being and everything else. When she moved to La Grange, I had no choice but to follow her! She delivered my baby girl in April and I plan on having her deliver the next one (whenever that is). I am extremely disappointed in Dr. Ardakani. After years of successful service, her office was unprofessional, hard to deal with and not accomodating. Dr. Ardakani compared me to another client saying "my concern wasn't that big a deal." Extremely upset with how unprofessional she was.

Dr. Ardakani was my doctor for years until I became pregnant. I had an emergency during my pregnancy and never received a follow up call from the doctor, after an emergency room visit on the weekend, instead the following Monday I was told to find a new doctor almost half way through my pregnancy. She also asked a friend of mine to find a new doctor 2 weeks before her scheduled C-section. She does not have time for her patients, especially high risk ones, and neither does her associate.

I went to see Dr Ardakani with when I found out I was pregnant again. I have had a miscarriage eight months earlier and my experience with another doctor for that pregnancy was very negative. Dr Ardakani made me at ease about me being pregnant at the age of 40 (high risk), she explained the importance of a good diet, all test I will be taking. She spent a good amount of time with me on my first visit and answered all my questions . All throughout my pregnancy I felt I was in good hands.

Ardakani is great! She spends a lot of time with me and makes sure I understand what she's talking about and the risks and benefits of the procedures/RX I ask about. Her staff, on the other hand, completely sucks. They never smile and act like patiets are a giant inconvenient. They have billed things to my insurance incorrectly in the past and then took over a year to let me know I owed money because of their mistake, passing the time limit to rectify the issue with my insurance.

Dr. Ardakani is fantastic! In most cases you'll have to wait until after your scheduled appointment time, but she is well worth the wait. Very warm and funny, and makes you feel very at ease!

I love Dr.Ardakani. You may have to make appointments a month or two in advance and sometimes wait until after your appointment time, but she is worth the wait. She is such a sweet and understanding lady. She spends time with her patients and actually cares what they have to say. I recommend her to everyone!
