Thankful to the employees at Ayman A. Daouk,MD office. The women at the front desk are the best , not sure if I remember the name right but I think Karina was very helpful and very caring along with the other front desk lady , didn't get her name but both of them made are visit great and both went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Just had a complete Right Hip Replacement by Dr Daouk on Jan 3rd 2023.. With Mayco protocol.. He is very reassuring to a patient that was obviously anxious about this life changing surgery.. I have pain but not at all what I expected.. even though I never been thru a total joint replacement before, He and his team made this bearable and a not so bad to go thru. Thank you Dr Daouk. Will recommend to anyone.

Dr. Daouk has been my orthopaedic doctor for several years. During that time he has helped me with various issues such as the wrist, elbow and shoulder as well as performing surgeries to repair a torn meniscus on each of my knees. To say that I trust my health to Dr. Daouk would be an understatement. He is more than my preferred orthopaedic provider, he is someone that knows me and always has my best interests in mind. He also has a wonderful office staff that never miss a beat regarding appointments, prescriptions, surgery schedules, paperwork and follow-ups. They are extremely pleasant and highly professional and give every patient their full attention. They make what could be a stressful time, so much less so. If you are considering seeing Dr. Daouk, know that you could not be in better hands.

Dr. Daouk has operated on both of my knees, with excellent results. His is an extreme perfectionist. He has also helped me with pain management. I highly recommend him.

Amazing. Couldn't have asked for better care. My ankle was badly broken in a freak accident. Dr. Daouk didn't get to see it for a week after and surgery was ten days following the accident (due to insurance issues). I warned him I was going to be his best old lady patient ever. This could have been bad but I definitely had the best! Dr. Daouk and his entire staff were professional, kind, explained. The Dr. himself is very busy and very professional; his first objective is to fix the problem. At first meeting I didn't care if he had 'bedside manner' I only cared if he could fix it; and frankly; he was thinking the same thing - how could he fix it; so don't look for a bunch of chatter - "Just the Facts". The office staff will fill in any chatter and proficiently note it for Dr. Daouk. You're in excellent hands. Today I was released from their care. I hope to never see them again in a professional capacity and as long as I don't break something new, I'm pretty certain I won't. Healing beautifully! Follow instruction! Trust the Dr. he knows what he's doing. Trust the staff; they fine tune everything. jj

Entire staff is supper professional and helpful. Starting with Dawn the receptionist, the medical assistant, the X-ray tech and the Doctor himself. Being in the medical field myself you sometimes expect excellent care and when you receive it, from start to finish it makes you feel great. Thank you so much for all the care I received today. I highly recommend Dr. Daouk and his practice. The care I received from the front desk, the medical assistant, and Dr. Daouk himself, was friendly, thorough and professional. The practice appears to be busy, but I never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my appointment! Dr. Daouk has a wonderful bedside manner.

Dr Daouk is an outstanding orthopedic doctor. He successfully operated on my husbands shoulder and knee with fantastic results. He is also treating me currently for a broken foot and severe ankle sprain. The office staff is professional , efficient and returns phone calls in a minimum amount of time. I saw Dr. Daouk December of 2016 at Dr. Phillips hospital. I had a fall and messed up my left wrist. He did surgery on wrist the following morning. When he came to my room afterwards to explain what he had to do with the "jigsaw puzzle" that was my wrist!?.... I cannot express my gratitude enough for all he did for me. Dr. Daouk is outstanding! I've moved to the west coast, but thinking of flying bat to Florida just to have him fix me!!

Great Dr. takes time to listen to you. Expresses genuine concern for his patients. Staff is equally fantastic. Wait times have been less than 15 minutes every time I have gone.

I tore my meniscus twice and Dr. Daouk had to repair both times. Great job. Little to no pain after surgery. He is totally awesome and explains everything clearly and shows concern for any questions I had or anything I was worried about. Always helpful. His PA, Shaina is absolutely awesome as well. So.....Unfortunately, I will need a knee replacement down the road -- he'll be the one doing it that's for sure. Hopefully I can prolong it. Thanks to his entire team!

Horrible reception experience. Poor customer service. Sent me for MRI only to find out they didn’t make the appointment. Worked with the MRI provider to get an appointment so I could keep the follow up Dr appointment. Only to be told by receptionist they needed to reschedule because they didn’t have the mri report because I didn’t go on Friday. The day they didn’t set up the appointment for. Just horrible service and blatant disregard for the customers time

Dr Daouk is a great doctor, his office staff is the problem, they can sure charge you for procedures and then decline to give you a receipt. I have to beg this guys for receipts and my insurance company in the meantime declines to reimburse me without the original receipt, this is so frustrating.

This guy will heal you. That is what matters to me. I had a very similar injury to a co-worker and Dr Daouk recommended no surgery. The coworker had surgery and I healed much faster, and had a lot less cost. The recommendation was not financially beneficial to Dr. Daouk, but he is more all about healing patients quickly. Vanessa, Kimberly, Marlene, and Wendy are great! By far some of the most professional and helpful people I've experienced at a doctors office. Dr. Shaina's Strozier and Dr. Daouk are fantastic doctors. From day one, they listened to what was going on, and within a week of my first visit, I knew what the issue was with my shoulder, and a few days later, I had surgery. My follow up was two days later, and I saw Dr. Daouk who questioned me on everything from how the medicine was helping, pain, sleeping, etc. It took a while for the FLMA paperwork to be done, but it was communicated with me why it took longer. Kimberly explained to me billing and recovery prior to the surgery; Dr. Strozier went over the pros and cons of the surgery along with what was wrong with the shoulder breaking it down to the simplest of words, making sure I understood everything. If I had questions and called or came in, Vanessa was always the one I spoke with and was great! When I thought I tore my stitches, I got an immediate appointment to come in. Dr. Strozier and Marlene looked to see what the issue was ... but there absolutely nothing wrong. I've never waited over five minutes in the waiting room, and the chairs are comfortable. He is the best! He listens to your concerns regarding treatments and is really hands on in your care. I had a knee replacement done and the follow up care has been phenomenal! I would recommend Dr. Daouk to anyone needing an Ortho surgeon.

Dr Daouk helped my wife through two surgical procedures on her shoulder. He and his team were very supportive and caring. We believe his expertise and skill were instrumental in what became a 100% recovery. We will be forever grateful and have no reservations in recommending Dr Daouk.

I had a total knee replacement on May 30th 2017. Dr Daouk did a wonderful job. It has been 3 weeks since surgery and everyday I am feeling better. I saw him today and I am right on track with how I should be healing. I have complete confidence in this doctor.

I am a little confused. I had to go to the ER and and my primary sent me to get an MRI. The MRI shows that the LARGE Baker Cyst has ruptured in my right knee and my knee cap is sitting sideways. There is already proof of what the problem is with my knee BUT the office STILL wants me to pay for XRays... WHY?! Are you that money hungry? This is making no sense at all. I am a little confused. Horrible experience!! My mother had surgery on her knee 08/12/2016 and she was schedule for a follow up on 08/16/2016 with Dr. Daouk . She couldn't even walk from the car to rhw office even with the walker she had and they didn't even have a wheelchair that she could use. I was told by Kim that it's a liability for them so they don't have them for patients who just had not even considering that my mother a 66yr old women just had surgery 3 days ago and she is excruciating pain. You would have thought they would have been a little more considerate, but they act like they could give a damn the nurses and the doctor himself!!
