Dr. Awais K Humayun

Dr. Humayun inserted a pacemaker in my father while he was hospitalized. There was no follow up visit while he was hospitalized. A virtual appointment was scheduled for yesterday, two weeks after his discharge. We waited in the virtual waiting room for over one hour until the office closed. I left a message with the answering service but haven't heard from them yet.

Excellent EP specialist that my father sees for his cardiac device monitoring in a very friendly office with superstar medical staff. My Cardiologist says Dr Humayun is one of the top cardiac implant specialists in the United States. He went to school with him in the ATL. Travel to Davie, Florida if you need a heart implant!

Great Doctor, wastes no time and tries to immediately address your issue. Staff is great too. Gotta respect a doctor that works hard during this tough pandemic.

My husband is 34 with aheart murmur and dr humayun puts my mind at more ease about living with this. He helped save my husbands life and continues to do so

My name is Jairo De La Rosa. This past week we brought my father in to a medical emergency that started with issues with his gall bladder. From there it escalated unfortunately to my father needing a pacemaker. I’d like to say that for the first time in my years in coming to this hospital I experienced something as cold and insensitive as this doctor not having the profesional courtesy of coming out to the waiting area after my fathers surgery to advise the family of my fathers condition. We had to knock on the door to have a nurse come out and beg her for information. Definitely not what a family in distress wants to live. Doctor either take a sensitivity course or go perform another profession where sentiments and feelings are not involved. I’m giving you a heart felt recommendation from a successful businessman.

The best bedside manners Interventional cardiologist you can find! Always with a smile on his face and he will answer all your questions! He achieves the best results for you on his interventional procedures. I will recommend him 100%

Dr. Humayun is an amazing doctor. He's helped me on multiple occasions, including performing major surgery that ended up saving my life as easiest put. I would highly recommend him to anyone having heart complications as a great cardiologist and electrophysiologist.

I was referred to Dr. Humayun by my Cardiologist who had recommended Cardiac Ablation as the next step in my treatment plan. My wife and I went to see him, and he explained the procedure to us and he suggested an implanted loop recorder to monitor my heart rhythms. His compassionate manner, his patience in explaining everything, and the way he shows his confidence in his abilities, made us so very comfortable and anxious to have the procedure done. On the day of the procedure, he again allayed any fears that we had, as he and his staff were absolutely fabulous and supportive. We were made to feel so comfortable, After the procedure, by their phone calls and in the follow up visits, they continue to excel and show care especially at a time when cardiac patients need it the most. The compassionate award certificates hung in his office are a true testament to his humility and kindness. He has made what could have been a traumatic experience to be pleasant and bearable.

Dr Humayun was absolutely amazing. He is amazing, intelligent, excellent bedside manner and compassionate. I would highly recommend him.

It is very difficult to evaluate Dr Humayun objectively because of the gratitude I feel towards him. Trying hard to put aside the fact that he significantly improved the quality of my life, it is fair to report that he is at the very top of his profession. He is knowledgeable and takes all the time needed to fully explain medical conditions and treatment options, and answers all questions. Excellent medical and communications skills. His office staff is also top notch.

Dr. Humayun did a cryoablation on me for atrial fibrillation on october 2016. I am now in a normal heart rhythm and feel great. I have returned to exercise and hobbies that I used to do. I am a 75 year old retired critical care nurse that recognizes an excellent physician with a wonderful caring manner. I thank him many times over for turning my health around. He is blessed with great skill, and I would recommend him to anyone. Tom Anderson, a grateful patient

After 6 cardiologists and 2 more specialists Dr Humayun was the only one who could figure out what was wrong. I owe my health to him. His staff was extremely kind and Dr. Humayun took his time reading over all of my records and explaining everything to me. But most importantly he made it clear that I shouldn't take pills for the rest of my life. He wasn't trying to make a consumer he was trying to find me a cure- and he did
