Dr. Avneet K Bawa

Dr Bawa is a very good doctor, but unfortunately the practice is always running late. They give you an appointment time and stick you in an examining room and then the doc comes in about only hour later-every single time. I've been coming to this practice for 8 years now. The practice is also a revolving door of nurses and doctors. The only constant is Dr Bawa, the nurses and other docs dont stay with the practice long enough and so you can get an appointment with Dr Bawa only 2 days of the week, the rest of the time, you can visit with a nurse (and maybe the other doc, if there is one employed there at the time). The center itself is clean and staff friendly. But the tardiness is unbearable.... if I have to wait over an hour inspite of having an appointment, I'm better off going off to an urgent care facility.

My husband And I both physicians and have 5 children. Started to see Dr Bawa 4 years ago. She came all the way to Shady Grive Hospital and saw my child and very attentive and knowledgeable. Her new physician Is a big new addition to the practice. We like her. The practice is very well organized, clean and with flexible schedules despite the fact that office environment is booked ahead of time. My children get a great care As a physician my self , I highly recommend Dr Bawa practice.

Dr. Bawa was recommended to me by my OB/GYN many years ago! Upon meeting with her while I was pregnant, my husband and I immediately knew she would be the perfect pediatrician for us. She is attentive, knowledable and most of all listens to her patients. My boys are now 17 and 15 and love her.
