Always such a great experience! From the moment you walk in Heather from the front desk is very welcoming! The assistants are amazing, and Dr. Smith will always make you laugh. I love coming to the dentist, and I never thought I'd say that. Thank you to everyone for always taking great care of me!

Always feel welcome. Seems like the staff enjoys taking care of us. State of the art equipment. Everything is extremely clean without feeling sterile. Really comfortable setting for having any level of dental work performed. I'm very thankful that this location is so close to home.

Your average upper lower class regular dude here. Finally got some insurance and decided it’s time for a change with my smile. Been here twice so far and I have no complaints. Super friendly people both times. They know what they’re talking about and doing. I forgot all their names but they are a good bunch of wonderful gals. Was recommended and I’d recommend them as well. One of the most unfamily oriented places I've ever been too. Wife worked there and had to see the front manager break hippa all the time and yet nothing done. Patients talked to rude by the front manager and nothing was done and when they talked to owner it still continued. Have a family emergency and was okayed to take leave they owner called wife and says not approved we are taking it back. Find another dentist and stay away if your looking for work. They promise things that never happen. Tell people you start with this and that and then tell them oh the manager was miss informed and you don't get it sorry. This is literally the best dentist in town. They definitely take the hesitation of going to the dentist away. Very professional and they listen to their patients. My mouth is hard to numb but instead of just going to town he makes sure I am all the way numb first.

I have been a happy patient of Dr. Smith for over 20 years and have received fantastic professional care from him and his team members at all times!

Had a great visit. Ive only had Donna for years and the new dental gal did an awesome job. A+. Atmosphere and people are great. Would go back again for sure. ????

As a longtime client (7 years) here & given the recent pandemic I had tolerance for some turnover of employees here, but this establishment has completely gone away from being polite and respectful to down and out right RUDE. Would give details but I'll say this, it doesn't matter why a scheduled appointment is changed (by them or the customer) then it should be worked out for the next earliest time & not told 6 months from now & NO EXCEPTIONS. Will not be returning NOR referring anyone here! The staff is very friendly and Dr Smith did a good job but when it came to billing I got stuck with an $800 bill because the medical billing staff miscommunicated with my insurance company .I would like to go back but i cannot trust them to do their job correctly

Came in for an abscessed tooth removal. Staff was very courteous and communicative. Paperwork went quickly. Was paying cash so the staff brought me my bill before the procedure started which was appreciated. The dentist and the assistant were both very professional and got me in and out of there in no time. Would highly recommend.

I recently had the opportunity to create a Google 360° virtual tour and stills for Austin Smith. Thank you Dr. Smith, Nina and staff, you're awesome. The building inside and out is stunning.

I had an emergency with my daughters tooth chipping after she fell. Dr. Smith's staff got us in right away and he fixed the tooth for good, not just a fix for now. My family will never go anywhere else.
