The high level of care provided by this ENT practice is impeccable. Dr. Moscatello’s careful attention and elaborate experience puts this quality of care on its own echelon. He is the only ENT I will ever see again, and I recommend him to anyone I know that is suffering from any ear/sinus related issues. His staff is kind and attentive. They have organized protocols for patients, in a clean and friendly environment that is the envy of the world at the time of this comment (in the midst of a global pandemic). Dr. Moscatello also is one of the best ENT doctors on call at Westchester Medical Center. After I was impaled in my face by a foreign body, I was taken by an EMT service to WMC where Dr. Moscatello and his team performed life saving procedures, followed by assisted plastic surgery repairs. First off, I want to start by saying what an amazing staff. They are always kind and courteous, and they treat my boyfriend with the utmost care. He has seen many doctors, but I think these are his favorite people, and for good reason. After his accident several years ago, moscatello has been instrumental in his recovery and improvement. There are a few key staff members here who have made a world of difference for him; so to Robin, Alba, Doria, April, and Eric I just want to say thank you so much for being wonderful, this office truly wouldn’t be the same without you guys! Dr. Moscatello is the best ENT hands down. His expertise is impeccable, and his opinion is like gold. He has an outstanding personality and amazing bedside manner. I have serious sinus issue, and Dr. Moscatello has provided life enhancing operations which allow me to breathe normally, and live pain free.

Dr. Moscatello is a world of medical expertise/knowledge and care. His staff are kind, approachable people who will escalate your concerns for prompt care in emergencies. Dr. Moscatello himself gives extreme attention to his patients. His care and kind practice is a rarity. He’s provided life saving emergency trauma surgery as well as follow up surgeries and over a decade of treatment for allergies to me and my family.

Dr. Moscatello is the most dedicated doctor I have ever dealt with. He removed my son's adenoids and tonsils and well as operated on my husband's deviated septum. I have also been treated for acid reflux. He is very thorough and does so many surgeries that his experience has breadth and depth. I have recommended him to many friends and colleagues in the Westchester area.

Excellent surgeon. Very easy to speak with. (I had a total thyroidectomy.). Very pleased that I was referred to him. Impressive doctor. Getting my initial appointment was a bit of a wait, but in hindsight, well worth it.

Great demeanor and bedside manner. Performed a partial removal of my thyroid at Westchesterr Medical Center. Not a bad thing to say.

Really good doctor , very professional and courteous. Unfortunately dropped my insurance united healthcare and doesn't take empire blue cross. Very disappointing to have major throat surgery(goitar removal) and not aftercare by doctor who treated you. Insurance was billed and paid 28,000 dollars. Other doctors in practice take blue cross blue shield.
