Saw her twice for an eye condition. Told her I was 50% better and she said she didn't need to see me again and to follow up with my PCP. She didn't explain much and I felt in like I was a bother when asking questions. Shocked that she was done seeing me when I wasn't 100% better. Going to a different eye doctor

I have had numerous positive experiences with Dr. Chan. During my first cataract surgery I had a vertigo episode and the procedure had to be stopped. She couldn’t have been more caring and professional...the same for the rest of the surgical staff at OCB.

I've had two cataract procedures done by Dr. Chan and was very happy with both. She was professional, kind and accommodating to my needs and to any questions I asked her. Her office staff is professional and knowledgeable.

Dr. Chan has taken exceptional care of my vision and treated my carcinoma of the eye. I find her to be gentle and professional in her approach and extremely competent as an eye surgeon. I would highly recommend this doctor and will continue to see her for my vision care.

Be prepared to wait over 40 minutes, never to be seen, only to find out 5 more patients are in front of you. When I inquired my status, I was told I could have to wait up to two hours. I was never told of an emergency, or given an option to reschedule. After writing to the doctor questioning her motives for her practice [patient care or financial gain] I was dismissed as a patient. An apology would have been more appropriate. It is clear her patients have nothing else to do with their day then wait around to be seen. Spent more time reading from the computer check in list of symptoms rather than hear me explain them for myself. We had gotten to the end of the appt., which she didn't make clear, and not once was I allowed to explain my symptoms. She sent me on my way with otc eye drops and when I explained all of my other health issues, you'd think she'd want to know those things, it was in one ear and out the other. No solution, no plan, more wait and see approach.

Saw Dr. Chan for dry, itchy, painful eyes. She said it was do to floppy eyelid syndrome and that she herself does a surgery to fix it. Upon getting a 2nd and 3rd opinion, it was determined to be simple chronic dryness and a prescription eyedrop solved the problem. Dr. chan is either grossly incompetent or was willing to perform an unnecessary surgery to line her own wallet. Either way, I will NEVER be returning to her or her practice.

I have seen Dr Audrey Chan for years now. She is the expert. I am very lucky. Her technician assistant is also excellent.
