Very good at explaining things very nice staff

My Mother goes to Dr Patel. He his nurse and receptionist are all so nice and helpful to her. Never rude. Always great her with a smile.

Dr,Patel is an excellent doctor and has helped me for years

I have been using Dr.Patel for several years now....i totally love going to his office....staff is always friendly to me......He gets me right in and out which is very much appreciated......five stars in my book.

Always answers all my questions and does thorough exams and provides top notch care

The receptionist has to be the rudest impersonal human being to work in the service industry. If you don't like people maybe you should think about working elsewhere. How about answering the phone without an attitude.
