Quality and professional service. My son is ADHD and sees the psychiatrist regularly. Dr. Akhtar provides for his patients as if they are his own family. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Akhtar, MD for all your psychiatric needs.

Tried to misdiagnose me as autistic. Haven't gone back since.

Dr. Akhtar has been seeing my sons for almost a year now. We are pleased with the attention he has given to their needs. I have learned so much from him about how my sons Brain works and why certain medications didn't help them.

Dr. Akhtar has been treating my daughter for the past 4yrs. He is so wonderful. He always listens to my concerns and has taught me so much about how my daughters brain works.

Dr Akhtar actually took time to get on sons level and spoke with him. He discussed multiple treatment options. He not only asked me at I thought was best but as long asked my son his opinion on what treatment he felt like would help him the best.
