Assaf Tzur

Scheduling system is a complete joke. I've called 4 times in 2 weeks. No one books my appointment. They tell me they will call me back, no one calls me back. Are you serious? Dealing with people with heart conditions but you can return a call?! This is absurd. I've worked in medical field for 10 years as a professional. I really wanted to see this Dr. too. But this staff is making it literally impossible & at this point I don't even trust your office. Thanks for literally wasting my time & stringing me along. Don't be in the medical field if you can't take care of patients properly. I'm over due to be seen by a cardiologist w. a heart condition & my old Dr is not in network this year. So thanks for nothing & making this a stressful process.

I had an ablation procedure performed by Dr Tzur to treat severe SVT that I suffered for long years which was very successful. Five years symptoms free.

HORRIBLE OFFICE + Very unprofessional, rude and no regards to patients I waited for over 1 hour when a very aggressive and unhelpful person answered the phone. She put me on hold several times, was laughing in the backfround, and finally scheduled my cousin's appointmens, 2 months later. I would have gone elsewhere, but my cousin heard Dr. Assaf is a good one, so we went ahead with the appointment. I tried to confirm the appt, but gave up, and never received a call back or a message ! When we finally showed up, at the peak of the pandemic, the office had about 15 people waiting (which increased the risk of covd exposure), and only 1 window was opened, and supposedly helping patients at an extremely slow pace. We could hear hear and see the other nurses or office workers talking about their private lives, their weekends etc ( including those we saw their tags like Patricia, Cristina, and Kim, among others ). We waited another hour, when Mildrid took us in, for another long wait

This is not acceptable and someone at Jackson should fire these incopetent nurses, office workers, managers and administrators, and replace them with those who care about their patients. In the mean time, NO ONE SHOULD BOTHER TO GO TO THIS DOCTOR, AND FACE THE RUDE AND INCOMPETENT PEOPLE THAN RUN IT.

Unbelievably good doctor in all respects Very patient knowledgeable and caring

He has an excellent bedside manner. Very professional and truly cares about the patient. He took his time to answer any questions I had.

Dr. Tzur is a great doctor......if you can ever make it past his horrible people that answer his phones and does the scheduling. I was put on hold for 15 minutes. I had to hang up and call back. Then the girl had an attitude cause I told her she left me on hold, and don't even try to get a prescription filled. I'm still waiting for mine.

I am nurse and I will 100% recommend Dr Tzur
