Dr Shahid takes care of my son and his sloth turbo for epilepsy. I fought for FOUR years for my son to be diagnosed because EVERY OTHER doctor we took him to said he was just fine. That he was day dreaming. That his febrile seizures were normal. I finally told my sons PCP that if she didn’t write the referral I would find someone who did. Now dr shahid was WONDERFUL with my son over the weekend for his video eeg. Turbo is my sons stuffed sloth, and to make my son more comfortable they made turbo a ‘hat’ to ‘hold’ his electrodes in place just like he did. This man and the staff he has with him makes me realize I don’t care if I’m driving an extra hour not I will continue to choose dr shahid and rainbow Childrens for all of my children. I wish I could review and rate his nurse as well. Adina goes above and beyond to help make sure your child is okay. She calls you to check in. This to me is a facility that cares and are compassionate. Thank you for all you have done and continue to do for my son. We couldn’t be more grateful than what we are. I drive an extra hour and a half just to see dr shahid because I fought for FOUR years for my son to be diagnosed since EVERY OTHER doctor we took him to said he was okay. I finally told my sons old PCP that if she didn’t write the referral I would find someone who did. Now dr shahid is wonderful with my son. He was diagnosed in less than 24hrs with epilepsy. it took plenty of other doctors 4 years to say the same thing. That he is fine. Four years he suffered and he’s only 4. Thank you again.

Our 8 year old daughter has a severe form of epilepsy and Dr. Shahid is always respectful of her (our) situation and listens to our thoughts involving her treatment plan. He takes a lot of time with us and we appreciate that! He has a great bedside manner. Our daughter is in great hands!

Wonderful patient care, goes above and beyond for my son.
