Dr. Shah is a great doctor and a very cool person. The girls in the office are great and extremely helpful and friendly!!! Dr. Shah was my Father’s doctor and took Great care of Him. My Father thought very highly of him as I do as well.. Thank You All Very Much

Dr Shah is all about the $$$$$. He's listed as a provider for Medicaid/Medicare, but he will absolutely NOT provide services. He told us to drive to UofM emergency room for a simple procedure that's usually done in the office. He's a money grubber, and that's all he cares about. He does not care about the patient at all. AVOID.

Doctor is listed as a provider for Medicaid/Medicare, but he refuses to provide any services beyond an office visit. He told us to drive 50 miles to a university ER (during Covid) for a simple procedure that's usually done in the office. He rushed us out as soon as he realized we didn't have regular insurance. He values MONEY over patients. That's the most despicable trait for any physician. Just awful.

Dr Shah was my elderly mothers urologist for years he has been telling her everything is great when we knew it wasn’t, recently after numerous hospital visits where we were told there is a problem follow up with dr shah and once again he said everything looks great, finally my mother was advised by others doctors that in their opinion he is a terrible doctor and has not done right by her, she now has a new urologist and guess what everything isn’t great, I’m not sure if he is just that incompetent or extremely lazy or just wants insurance premiums without doing anything, either way look elsewhere this dr doesn’t care about his patients. Used to be great and I recommended his office. Not anymore, something has definitely changed, they just don't seem to care anymore. I was also not treated correctly and needed to see another doctor to correct the mistake. Rude office staff that also could care less about you. I'd definitely recommend finding someone else.

I went in to treat and find the cause of a UTI that has lasted for two months after multiple hospital visits and antibiotics. The first visit, Cliff scheduled me for a cystoscopy due to the hospital referring me to this clinic for one, also due to the longevity of this UTI. At my second visit when the cystoscopy was scheduled, Dr. Shah came in and prescribed me MORE antibiotics, telling me to take one twice a week. He also decided that Cliff and the ER staff “jumped the gun” by recommending and scheduling me for the cystoscopy, so he decided not to do it. The nurse also told me that my photo and paperwork had been lost somehow since my first visit there. I’m extremely disappointed with the neglect in treatment here. After my procedure was dismissed and not performed, I decided to get a second opinion from another urologist, I would not recommend this office whatsoever. Dr is okay. Receptionist is absolutely oblivious and does not care about the patients. I called twice. The first time she wrote down my information to have the doctor call me back. He did not call back for 3/4 HOURS I am unaware if he was just busy or if the receptionist did not give the information immediately. I had a cystoscopy done on Friday. I called back this time for the second time. I wasn’t even allowed to talk to the doctor. I told her I was still bleeding 4/5 days out and she said and I QUOTE “he thinks you’re fine but we’re gonna send another antibiotic to your pharmacy and schedule you for the end of this week.” Something in my gut told me that they weren’t being completely truthful. I have been having reaccuring UTIs that I’ve been on antibiotics for previously, that did not work. I told him these antibiotics were not helping after being on them for 2/3 weeks. He told me take them for another week or so and to call back if it’s not helping still. I called a second urologist and my primary for 2nd and 3rd opinions. Both my primary and the other urologist instructed me to go to the EMERGENCY ROOM because I am still bleeding after a flexible UTI. Also he never informed me as to why I’m having this reaccuring issue. He just said it was a UTI gave me antibiotics which I’ve been on before and sent me on my way. Completely let down by the lack of communication and lack of personable skills from the receptionist/whom ever I talked to. Only reason it gets 3 stars is because the doctor was actually super nice just not informative at all. Wouldn’t recommend but if he was your only option. He wasn’t a terrible doctor. Dr is okay. Great experience, great doctor. Painless vasectomy.

Dr shaw is a great urologist. He is a very caring Doctor . I would advise anyone with a problem of kidney or anything related to give him a call.

Shah told my father he was healthy when in fact he had prostate cancer. Didn't order tests or do the right things

Dr Shaw is the best! I would recommend him to anyone that needs a urologist great bedside manner. He actually listens to you and you can just tell he actually cares about his patients and their best interests. He also had a wonderful staff. I drive about an hour to see him and it’s worth it!

I was amazed at how quickly this office was able to get my Dad an appointment. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our wait time was less than 5 minutes, which has never happened to me at a doctor's office before. The doctor knew right away what the cause of Dad's problem was and answered our concerns. The doctor's manner was so easy going that it set us both at ease. What a pleasant experience!

Great Staff, and Dr Shah has Awesome bedside manners.

Dr. Shah and his wonderful staff are the best in Monroe. I had never been to him before and picked him from the online reviews I saw online. They are all so very helpful, kind and professional that I have, and will continue to recommend them to everyone. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Dr. Shah is so patient and friendly you really feel like he cares and his assistant was wonderful too, sorry I don’t remember his name. And the office ladies, they are truly great. They went above and beyond to help me even after my procedure when I had a billing problem that wasn’t even their bill. Thank you all for being there for me. Doesn't tell you exactly what he wants to do to solve problem,and after a procedure stands in the hallway to speak to you,won't come in room,staff leaked entire contents of my file to personal friends,I sat in a bar waiting for my food and heard the next table over patrons disscussing my file,He left a blood clot inside me th a t caused excessive pain for 20 years then he denied me having it the whole time he finally took it out but not after basically ruining my life by the toll it took on me

First visit referral from the hospital with zero issues of paperwork or insurance. Maybe a 15minute wait and that was mostly due to new patient information. Friendly staff, friendly nurse, and next the doc. If you want to feel like you matter, like your opinion matters, like your opinion about yourself and how you medically feel matters, well look no further. Dr Shah came in friendly, attentive, and sat there not only long enough to discuss issues at hand but offered to come back in when i remembered more questions. I don't have a bad thing to say. In fact, I can only imagine more in this medical world would be achieved if Doctors like Shah were more prevalent in the industry. I wish I could find a PCP on the same level. Dr. Shah came very highly recommended to me by a personal friend of mine. He fit me in very fast where other urologists I contacted were saying several weeks or more before they could fit me in. He is highly professional, and I had great results with his program of treatment he prescribed.
