During my appointments, he is very compasionate, cooperative, and nice with patients. I highly recommend this doctor.

Dr Farid is the best pain management doctor I have seen since my injury in 2017.

Dr. Farid/staff are excellent. I have come several x’s for epidurals to relieve chronic back pain. He ALWAYS takes his time to really listen/hear what his patient’s have to say. I find this a rare/precious blessing & attribute. I am treated with kindness/compassion, respect/dignity & empathy. Never have I felt patronized, or treated in a condescending manner. Chronic pain is a very unpleasant condition, yet Dr. Farid & his staff go out of their way everyday to give ppl a better quality of life

Great doctor, always listens

Dr Farid has helped me . Helped my pain get under some control w/ injections ,having more"less pain days ",a big difference when you live w/ pain everyday. I feel very comfortable talking to Dr. Farid , his office staff is amazing , the ladies are wonderful . I am very happy w/ my treatment .

Office ladies are real, rude and nasty and will not go out if their way by any means to get their patients problems straightened out, the phone is always busy, and they are constantly messing things up

Dr Farid unceremonious decided to drop me as his patient soon after I received the okay from my insurance company for a specific procedure to be done. Not only did he drop me he had his assistant called me to tell me he was transferring me to another doctor I asked several times why and got no real response leaving me having to start all over again with a new doctor I would suggest you look elsewhere for help I would not wish this upon anyone else still in pain and starting all over again

Dr. Ashraf Farid is one of the MOST compassionate and understanding physicians i have ever met. I have suffered with prolapse disc pain for many years and do not like to take pain medications. Dr. Farid has helped me tremendously and even went out of his way to get me an appointment. In my book that is truly an amazing act. He cares about his patient and never treated my like I was a bother. EXCELLENT!!

Dr. Farid started out as a great doctor and probably one of the best with epidural spinal injections in the area. Things began to change with him over the past few months and he began taking his patients off of pain medication including myself. Because of his uncaring and poor bedside manners, and desire to not take care of my pain in an appropriate manner, I left his practise and will no longer recommend him to anyone else. He has become bitter and very unprofessional. I have filed a complaint

dr. farid has solved all the problems ive had with my knee and shoulder. He researches and tries to pinpoint exactly what is happening, then gives a gentle injection right where it should help. He never gives up!!

Office staff in Sturbridge, MA is not pleasant and to the point of rude.

Very friendly office and medical staff. Nice clean facility.

Dr Farid is the best pain management doctor ever. He is such a sweet and empathetic doctor. He is pleasant and always smiling. I have seen him for three years and he takes care of all my painful conditions. He is a star.
