Dr. Ashraf Gayed Andrawis

I have never seen a doctor let you go without medication without a substitute even though going without the medication he prescribed you will get withdrawal which is very unpleasant for his patients.

His staff is arrogant, not beyond lying to cover their negligence and at least three times in the past year and a half, they have given me a 28 day prescription and a 30 appointment. Try going without pain meds for 48 hours and see how happy you'd be they know they are the only show in town and behave according!

I was a patient of Dr Andrawis a few years ago, but unfortunately had to move to South Florida. Just came back to the Jacksonville area, and I'm highly delighted to find out that I can start seeing him again. This doctor and staff are the best out there. It took me two years to find a doctor in South Florida that was as caring, and I finally found one, but then had to move back here. Dr andrawis was a hard act to follow and I'm glad that I will be back. Haven't been back yet because I need the referral, but thank God I found out I can go!!!! ???????? Dr Andrawis is the sweetest caring Dr. He listens to your complaint and gets to the best treatment for you. His whole staff is the best. They take great care of you. Amazing practice!! I have been a patient of Dr Andrawis for about 8 years now. He is very caring of his patients and takes the time to listen! He has helped me with pain management through 4 surgeries and day to day life. I would highly recommend him and his practice to anyone who needs pain relief.

Started letting patients go for no good reason all because he just felt like it

So hard to get of hold of anyone in the office. Took a week and a half for them to process my husbands referral for pain management. Then, they want to schedule two weeks out. My husband broke his back and when he was discharged from the hospital, he was only given three days worth of pain meds. That was almost 3 weeks ago. Does it have to take a month just to see someone? A call would be nice... Update after his first visit: We were going in thinking it was going to be a bad experience (based from our first interaction as mentioned above), however, we were wrong. The staff was really friendly and nice. The office was really busy, but we didn't have to wait to long. When we saw the doctor, he was very informative over the type of medication he was going to prescribe. He was open to answer all the questions we had since it was our first visit and what to expect.
