He did my moms stent. An artery was nicked. It took him so long to decide if she was bleeding out that her brain was deprived of oxygen. Came out of the surgery with total memory loss. She is now diagnosed with dementia. Totally ruined her life. This was confirmed by her regular cardiologist. Thank goodness for him or she would have died.

Absolute Garbage, scheduled me for 3 appointments for a heart test. And cancelled on me on the last appointment to get my results because he didn't want to stay till 430. Don't waste you're time or money. Go see someone else.

Went in last month to take my mom in to see Dr. There were two ladies at front desk noreen, she was a sweet heart and there was another by the name of Selena what a horrible person very rude made us feel very uncomfortable. Dr Verma is great but his office staff is beyond incompetent. We have military insurance & our bill was covered fully but we were turned into collections without a phone call or any bill received. Do not go here for care!!! They will screw up your credit report!!! Unbelievable that this doctor would allow such practices.

PLEASE KNOW if I could give 0 stars, I WOULD! Dr. Verma is awful. His attitude is awful. I had a bad experience with him when I was a teenager. He wasn't listening to me and had a sour attitude. He has acted the same way towards my father and has walked out of the room without saying a word and did not even let him know his appointment was over. And lastly, he dismissed my mother's symptoms. He told her she had a heart attack which scared her horribly, then said the test was read wrong and that she did not have a heart attack and was "fine". He talked to her as if she was bothering him. My mother finally went to another doctor, Dr. Reddy. He has treated her with so much respect. He also found out she is NOT FINE. She has a blockage in her heart and neck, an enlarged heart, and the beginning stages of congestive heart failure. Thank God her new doctor has paid attention to her. It was really great. From day one thru the the results, the experience with Ashley, the lady that administered my scan, she had just really good repour with me and patients I observed, to the PA who gave me the tread mill test to the Dr. It was all very professional and great patient/ staff interaction. I have gone to Dr. Verma for over two years and found he and his staff to be excellent. He explains everything in as much detail as you ask for and takes the time to be sure you understand. His various technicians are well ttained in their specific fields and very personable. A majority of his staff have been with him for ten plus years and work well together. I have recommended him to several friends, some of which are now patients.

My experience was really good. Especially, I think her name was Ashley, who put the IV in my arm for the three phases of the test I took. I did not have any brusing or any discolorization from the IV. I checked out when I got home and you would not even know I had had an IV in my arm earlier. Ashely was really good and her professionalism was so evident. The kind of health care person you want to trust. The PA who gave me the Tread Mill test was also very good. She showed concern when something was a little off and called in the doctor to have a look. I am looking fwd to the doctors consult on the 6th October 2020

Terrible bedside manner. Exhibits no signs of genuinely caring for his patients. Assuming, and unpleasant demeanor. Very condescending to women. He prescribed a medicine that I did NOT NEED. Will never recommend him, or return. Charged me for services never rendered, without prior knowledge. Go anywhere else, but to him.

Dr. Verma is great, I have been with him for 8 years now. I think there has been some staff changes, seems the front office is not up to speed with referral management. This has cost me money. I am seeking a new Cardiologist, not because of Dr. Verma or his Nursing staff, because of his support staff, I need to feel the whole practice is professional. I felt that for many years, but, now not so much and when you can't process the paperwork correctly and it cost me money it is time to change.
