Called a month ago for a PA to get meds refilled. Called Dr. Office and pharmacy for a week. Then was told by Dr. Office they sent it. Still today no meds, no call back since I was told it was handled. Never have I ever had to deal with this before. So I will no long go to this Office. Front staff has run it in the ground. Dr's are great. I been going here for years to. No star is what it should be.

In the office the staff is a total disaster, there is a person of Indian origin, who seems that he does not speak English well or likes to do things the wrong way. He tells you one thing and puts another in the system, so when you go to your appointment, they tell you that it is for another day, twice I had to go through this.

The problem with the office staff is terrible, I go for the second consecutive appointment and when I arrive it is not the day of the appointment ”they make me understand that I am the wrong one, they do their job very badly they put a date in the system and they tell you Another and when I arrive they feel it but it is not the day and they treat you badly, contemptuously, directly with the lady of Indian origin, she is the one who has taken my appointments badly! I do not want to go back anymore, Dr. KAPOUR should change to their staff because they leave them very bad! Saw nurse practitioner on Thursday was told to call if medicine to expensive. Called on Thursday left message no return call. Called on Friday left message with receptionist. It is now Wednesday and no call. Called back today and left message. MAYBE I need to find a new doctor.

I like Dr. Kupar but waiting over an hour in the waiting room is excessive.

Completely wrong on my diagnosis.

Dr Kapur took the time to explain in detail, the multiple problems I have. The complete lack of motility in my esophagus and some of the causes that have happened resulting in gastro paresis (loss of stomach function). The problems, care, medications and restrictions involved. He was patient, supportive and very pleasant. His Medical Assistant, Nurse Pract`. and office staff are a joy to work with. I was seen quickly and promptly. I am very happy with the way my family and I were treated.

He has no bedside manner at all. Very cold and told my husband that he should seek treatment outside of Kentucky because the tumor was not operable. One week later, Dr. Evans performed the colonoscopy and stated the tumor is operable and can be removed.
