Dr is great !

We have been seeing Dr. Jain for years and his friendly nature, competency and ready to help attitude is rather rare and welcoming. His TMS services are great and changed my life. I had very bad depression and no response and no hope with anything. He gave me the course of TMS and I went back to living. After full course of TMS, I again had relapse and I needed to get another course, which was tremendously helpful. He took so much time for giving me TMS services and compassionate care. We think he is an angel in human form!

I like him as a person, very much. However, he got me hooked on a drug cocktail and when I lost my job (as a result of the cocktail he had me on) I tried to work out some type of payment arrangement, but he simply shuffled me off to another doctor. Money is/was more important to him than my life. This other doc was terrible (one of the lowest rated on health grades). I realize now that he was an extremely destructive force in my life, and deeply regret going to see him.

Please, please find another provider. He will not provide any adequate care and you’ll pay so much money for basic prescriptions any GP or psychiatric clinic would give for much cheaper. He is a fraud and is being investigated by several insurance companies. It’s not worth it, you’ll wish you never heard of him and his awful clinic.

I had over an hour wait just to get into another waiting room. I was first charged $200 before I even saw anyone. Most appointments have just been medical students and their policy is to have a checkup every two weeks even after you find the right medication for you. They probably make crazy money off of how frequently their clients come in. I hadn’t met Jain until my 6th-ish visit and he was extremely creepy. Immediately when he introduced himself he held out a hand to shake and then tried to hug me with the other arm. I went in only for a handshake and he turned to whisper in my ear “You are so beautiful. You know that right?” I mean what am I supposed to say the that? I’m instantly extremely uncomfortable and now I have to explain my issues to this man. When he and a medical student shadowing him joins me in the room he asks me if I’m 15. I say no I’m 25 and then he jokes that I got my mothers good genes. Then he tells me that I am in between two of his daughters ages. Now I’m even more uncomfortable but we start actually talking about my mental history so I’m just trying to get this appointment over with. I have pretty bad social anxiety and I mentioned to him some things/situations that are difficult for me to overcome. He tells me that he used to be a really shy person and “when giving a presentation to just look to the people that are nodding their head at you and ignore the others. If I could get over it then so can you.” And he said something along the lines of needing confidence. How in the world is he a psychiatrist? Also it was difficult to maintain eye contact with him because I was just so uncomfortable so I glanced TWICE at the student while Jain was talking and he made him leave the room because he was “distracting” me. I told him that it’s okay and he isn’t distracting me but he made the student leave anyway. Just as the appointment is over and I’m walking out of the room he tells me “tell your husband to tell you more often that you are beautiful!” I am switching doctors soon and going to be writing this up on every review site so other girls hopefully won’t have to deal with this. As a cash paying customer I was not treated fairly. Dr Ashok pushes unecessary medication. This office does not work well with people who are cash pay.

Please call and confirm your copays before seeing this fraud doctor. He will manipulate you and say your copay is more than it is. If zero stars were possible, I'd give 0. This guy is a quack. He does not care about his patients. He prescribed my SO 2 different prescriptions that the pharmacist wouldn't fill because they interacted with the other meds he prescribed! He refuses to write a script for more than 2 weeks to force you to come back. Stay away!

Nice guy. Unorganized practices and didn't provide proper care. Had to go in constantly and was taking mountains of medicine all which i constantly begged and explained that they weren't working. So he'd just up the dosage to more pills or add something to the pills that didn't work. All which led to a pretty severe case of serotonin syndrome. Not good. I was hoping he was going to help me. Dr. Jain is a wonderful physician and wonderful person. He has helped me through so many ups and downs in my life with a caring, helpful and friendly attitude. I've recommended him to several of my friends and they agreed with my opinion. Dr. Jain is so compassionate and loving. He is highly knowledgeable and energetic. My life perks when I see him as he is extremely positive person. I always see him spreading happiness and turning sadness into Merry like a touch of magic. I never count on replacing him, that wouldn't be possible.

Dr. Jain is warm and caring which help me with my mental and emotional issues. He is very kind and always tell my daughter and son-in-law thanks for caring for me. He and his staff are very courteous unlike other psychiatric places I have been.

Seem to only be worried about collecting the copay and not my sons mental health

I brought my son to his care for severe problems. Kudos, Dr. Jain, you have our deepest gratitude and blessings! He was instrumental in changing his life for good. He was suffering so much for years and once we met Dr. Jain, we couldn't believe how could he get so better. Dr. Jain actually treated him like a family member in non-judgmental manner and didn't charge the ton of money insurances were asking us to pay (Deductible)! We were shocked at such a nice professional high quality care at such affordable healthcare cost! Our family is forever indebted to him.

Very high quality, aesthetic and all inclusive care! I have had fantastic results with TMS. They also have clinical psychologists and group therapy for those who are not interested in pharmacology to treat their symptoms. TMS is also a good choice if you are not looking to take medication either. Dr Jain is very helpful, knowledgeable and informative. Their billing is very flexible and I was waived my copay one time and Insurance billed me and they waived that also!! I was shocked at there selfless service. In my opinion, this clinic is definitely a good place to go for outpatient services in psychiatry. People come to them from far!!

He makes mental health issue seems so normal! He is so educational, professional, friendly, caring and competent! I was worried about expense but his office was very accommodative. My wife's previous doctor didn't care and called her in 6 months and gave her lot of controlled drugs(talk about negligence). She almost died! He streamlined her medications and didn't charge us even insurance told send us the bill to pay him! It is impossible to find a doctor like him in modern flimsy healthcare! We need gifted doctors like him. Not a callous pill-pushers like some in the market! You need to go for few appointments before you understand their caring culture!

Charges more than copay to make patients

Going in for your first psychiatric evaluation can be a really anxiety inducing experience. Dr Jain has a light-hearted and warm bedside manner. He is very knowledgeable, clear with his instructions, and is just goofy enough that any tension I felt going into the evaluation is washed away. It's not easy to discuss depression and anxiety, but it was with Dr. Jain. I'm sincerely looking forward to my follow up appointment with him.

Dr. Jain took his time to listen to my health concerns. He has a great personality, and clearly cares a great deal about the well-being of his patients. I’m thankful that I was able to see him and am con%dent that his suggestions will help me get back on track. His assistant was also incredibly helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Jain to anyone who is looking to for a psychiatric evaluation or a second opinion. He is very good at what he does!

Dr. Jain is hands-down the best psychiatrist in the Houston area! I have worked with three different psychiatrists in the area prior to seeing him and he is leaps and bounds above the rest - there's simply no comparison. He is incredibly warm and friendly with a fantastic bedside manner - very easy to talk with. He made excellent professional recommendations for my treatment and made sure to explain them thoroughly to ensure I was comfortable with them. Also, the woman at the front desk is equally warm, welcoming, and helpful. I am so glad I found them - I'll never see anyone else if I can help it!#

I had been looking for a new psychiatrist since moving to the area and haven't found anyone who seemed to be a good, but as soon as I met this Dr I knew he would be my continuing care physician for mental health. His advice has been very helpful, we've been working hard together to switch out some of my more addictive and dangerous medications to safer ones that work just as well. He was even willing to do testing to figure out why some of my medications were impacting my life the way they were and has been very helpful. He explains everything to his patients so they know exactly what the treatment is and what to expect. He is very helpful and I am happy to be a patient of his

I was in and out in 15 minutes! Got my follow up scheduled and my prescriptions sent for refill. And, he's the most engaging mental health professional I've ever interacted with

This was my first visit to a psychiatrist ever, despite probably needing it far sooner than I scheduled the appointment. He was very easy to talk to, made me laugh, and I felt comfortable telling him everything he needed to know. I was very worried I would have to "shop around" to and a good psychiatrist but he's amazing and I'm lucky to have met him

I don’t usually leave comments on these things, but this doctor deserves a lot of praise. I have been a patient of his for over ten years. As many people do, I have my story, I have a history. No matter how complex and challenging, he knows what to do. He knows the brain and he knows his medications. I’ll be honest, he’s not touchy-feely, so if you need someone to hold your hand, he may not be for you. However, if you want a problem solver that is willing to educate you and keep you moving, look no further.

I have been going to Dr. Jain for 2 years, he has looked out for my best interests. He is affectionate, caring, help me a lot especially with TMS. He helped me navigate through tough times. He is best doctor I can imagine. I will never look for another psychiatrist. I can never see myself going anywhere else. He is a miracle worker. He manages my medicine well.

He is one of the best, most caring, professional and sincere psychiatrists I have ever seen. Doctors need to meticulously and fine tooth combed every single symptom to try to figure out what is really needed as far as medication or otherwise patients can die. I truly felt that he did that with his obsessive high standards (LOL). I feel very protected and safe with him. What impressed me was that he doesn't just handout pills but educate you about your conditions and the medication and sees you often to get better response of the treatment. Not just handout pills and come in one million years (what kind of care is that anyway)! I called with side effects issues and he actually called me back immediately and addressed it throughly. I was feeling embarrassed to have taken so much time of him without paying. We went through many doctors who either didn't take our insurance or treats us like cattle. He is really an angel with wings who lifts everyone's spirit!

Dr. Jain has been a god-send! After being in their practice, I totally understand now some of the bad reviews by drug seekers or someone wanting pill-pushing doctors. This practice is not for them! I wanted to be careful but then I was totally floored by Dr. Jain and his staff's positive and loving attitude. Dr. Jain is kind, thoughtful, thorough, and straightforward. I've worked with the many specialists and doctors regarding mental and emotional health, I feel incredibly confident in his abilities and entirely cared for. I was suffering from anxiety & depression to the point that I was not functional. It took every ounce of effort to even pick up the phone to make appts. After speaking with Christine, I knew things would change for the better. She spent quality time explaining their process and got me in quickly to see Dr. Jain who has changed my life as no other Dr has ever done with his unique way of managing medications and counseling.

I went to my first appointment a month ago. The doc said he only prescribes for two months of medication at a time. I picked up my medication and a month went by....no refills.....I ran out of medication and was told I HAD to come in to get more medication....I WANT TO KNOW WHY????? I only got one month, not two and my appointment was only a month ago....where is my other month of medication?????? Also, the lady i spoke to on the phone who said she would call in a 3 day supply of medication until my next appointment....did no such thing. This is why people flip out!!!!!! YOU CANNOT DO THAT!!!! Dr.Jain is a fine doctor who makes you smile while knowing he cares in a way that is genuine and sets him a part from the norm. After 5 yrs of his care I can declare his positive influence in my life.

DO NOT GO TO DR JAIN. Overcharged me $823 by having me pay one thing and submitting different amount to my insurance company. I had to threaten to report him for insurance fraud before finally getting my refund. Then he sent a letter telling us we couldn't be seen there anymore. AVOID AND FIND SOMEONE WHO CARES MORE ABOUT PEOPLE THAN MONEY

DO NOT SEE THIS DR. He is often used for independent medical examiner and he will LIE for the company that he's working with. I got a copy of the report he sent to my employer and he omitted so much important information and he LIED while quoting things that I said. This is a despicable excuse of a human being. No doubt he is getting paid to deny patients claims of disability. Disgusting. And to do this to someone who really needs it, not abusing the system so sad.

I was referred to Dr. Jain by my PCP for work related anxiety and stress. Initially I was worried about being stigmatized but I felt highly welcomed at the clinic. Dr. Jain came promptly and started smiling and politely with "I take care of my patients like my own family and I never judge my patients" He is a great listener, and conveys concern for his patients. He is conscientious and respectful of the patient's time. I would strongly recommend him

Old times traditions like physician! He educates the families in simple terms. He is willing to take our insurance (which no one was willing to take in 40 mile area)! However he doesn't like to be pill pusher and very conservative, family like psychiatrist. I can't believe anybody could write bad reviews for him. If you are for a quick fix, getting in and get narcotics script and get out, this place is not for you. There are bundle of pill pushing clinics out there. He cares! Hard to find!

Dr. Jain is a shining star in himself as an amazing psychiatrist. He listens attentively with an open heart and mind. He is very knowledgeable around the old and new pharmacology and spent ample time explaining to me. The stuff they are amazing and very friendly.

Dr. Jain is extremely communicative and an excellent listener in regard to my view of the situation. He is thorough and patient with my case and has helped me through a lot during tough times. I find him flexible and willing to change views and options as we go along and see the treatment that is best for me. I am highly encouraged by the faith he has shown in me.

All this doctor cares about id getting your money. He books many appointments at very short interval so that he can charge to different insurances he takes. Stay away. The positive reviews are probably posted by him.

Terrible waste of time!!!! I was referred to Dr.Jain by a physicist who has now retired, I brought with me all of my medical records & previous testing and after 5 min into my appointment he stated that my insurance would not pay for testing that he needed and I needed to pay $1500.00 plus $500 for interpretation?? Then gave me a name of his friend that would do some testing I needed that took my insurance? What a crook! I reported him to the State board! Funny how my insurance paid for everyt

Will not recommend to anybody. He does not review your records even when his assistants/student took 2 hours for the interview. He only spoke to my daughter for about 7 minutes without looking at her history and prescribed her medication. He's drinking his coffee while interviewing us which I find unprofessional. The girls in the office are very pleasant.

Drs like him are the reason healthcare is where it is. He is only interested in your money. He charged me $500 for a paper test that l had previously taken with my previous physician. He was adamant about it being cash only. Once he reaized l knew my benefits/coverage and stated my insurance would cover it, he began to get worked up and dismissive and told me to go back to my out of network Dr in that case. Will definitely be reporting him to the board.

Seems to be most interested in just getting your money. My wife went to him and I accompanied her on each visit. The staff was fine but he was very annoying and kept trying to push additional services. For the meds he prescribed he required us to come back every 2 weeks and pay another office fee before he would renew the meds. Happily she has found a new doctor who seems to actually be concerned about her well being. If you can, avoid this guy.

I am still a new patient here, but it seems that Dr. Jain is really knowledgeable and helpful. He has suggested many options for my treatment that I look forward to doing and that I truly believe will soon start to improve my condition. I highly recommend this doctor.

Dr. Jain's office is the perfect place to seek care if you are searching for mental solace. They have TMS, psychologists, group therapy, individual psychiatrist therapy, and several locations for which they can meet you. I highly recommend Dr. Jain.

I cannot say that there are many psychiatrists out there that really care about patient safety and wellbeing. Dr. Jain is not one of the run of the mill psychiatrists. He actually cares about people, both his staff, his patients, and anyone who walks through the front door. It is apparent in how happy is staff is and how content and satisifed patients are who have also seen him that I have spoken to.

This is great doctor who really does a good job. He knows how to give patients the most excellent care

What i like about this doctor the most is that the visits are usually pretty quick. I want to get in and get out, so I like that. I think if you want a psychiatrist to spend an hour or more with, he may not be the one for you. However they do have group therapy and psychologists here for those who require more therapy because pharmacologic treatment.

Only two things in life that I love... I love the miami dolphins and I love Dr Jain.

I love seeing Dr. Jain and his staff whenever I come in for my appointment, they do a great job and change poeples lives.

Dr. Jain is a great physician and I recommend him as a psychiatrist. He seems like he works hard to provide professional care.

I am so grateful for Dr, Jain and Psychiatric Solutions. They have given me a new outlook on life. I was having severe depression and was admitted to the hospital on several occasions. I had seen a number of psychiatrists before, but no one was actually there besides Dr Jain to see my treatment through to the end. I would seriously recommend seeing him.

RUN AWAY! Secretly charges patients. Doesn't take time to talk to you, you pay 200 dollars just for him to hand over a script, then tells you to come back in 2 weeks. Pushes TMS to people who dont even need it, because insurance will pay him over 2000 for each session !!!! BEWARE! He doesnt care. All he wants is your money. He will lie to your face and say not to worry and that he will take care of you, but turns around and ends up doing nothing to help, and continues to charge you insane amount

This doctor requires my son come every two weeks just to get a prescription refill. His previous doctor before we moved to this area would always be willing to give one month refills. I would definitely avoid just for the out of pocket costs of having to visit the doctor twice as much.

He requires my mother to go in every two weeks so that he can renew her prescriptions. Mind you, she's been on the same prescriptions for over a year. It is insurance fraud against the mentally impaired and senior citizens. I wouldn't send my sick dog to him.

I have been a patient of Dr.Jain for almost a year. For my first appointment I only had to wait a few days to see him , while at other places I would have to wait for 2 months. Dr.Jain and his staff paid close attention to my concerns and needs,& he developed a comprehensive program to take care of my health. His program has been successful and fixed my whole life. I go to group therapy which is very helpful. Dr Jain and Dr Williams are great healers with a special gift.

Overall Dr. Jain is very nice. When nobody could cure me, he did so. The staff here is always friendly and helpful. I feel comfortable every time I come here knowing that I am in great hands. Dr. Jain is truly the best one out there.

I've been with Dr. Jain for over 10 years. When I first went to him, I was paralyzed with depression. He was very friendly and answered all my questions thoroughly. I have studied clinical psychology so I can tell that he knows exactly what he's doing and that he understands the science of psychiatry. I like that he has a strong passion for what he does. I'm his patient but he treats me like a sister. Now I don't have depression anymore. He actually cured me and I am truly grateful for his help.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jain's for several years. He is a patient and understanding. He is a dr. who goes above and beyond to make sure the treatment I receive is the best possible. I would highly recommend Dr.Jain to anyone needing treatment from an excellent dr.
