This office has no knowledge of how to send referrals to an insurance company and even after the insurance company contacting them twice, they still managed to fail to complete the proper information and I have received a $400 bill from the specialist. I am in need of a hip replacement and cannot have the SCHEDULED surgery because of the botched referral. In addition, I scheduled a pre surgery clearance appt a month in advance and go to my appt and was told it was impossible for me to have an a appt because the doctor has been out of the country for a month. ? Then why would they schedule my appt if the doctor would not be available? So now I have no referral or pre surgery clearance and I have completed ALL of the tests and dental clearances. for a surgery that's been scheduled for a month. In addition the doctor imself was rude and did not listen to me during the initial appt and was very judgmental about medications I've been on for years making me feel embarrassed. Zero stars

Dr. Jain is professional, courteous, and always seems to care about his patients. He will take the time to answer any questions you might have. Excellent Doctor. I can't answer ease of scheduling appointments below as it has not been applicable to me.
