Dr. Dholakia always listens to his patients and does not rush appointments. He is an excellent doctor who truly cares about his patient’s well-being. He is a very caring & compassionate man. I trust Dr. Dholakia completely but that does not stop me from asking questions or making suggestions because my healthcare is a partnership with my doctor. I know I’m in the best care possible with Dr Dholakia!

I Waited 2 hours to be seen, only to be told doctors have left the office! I have been patiently waiting for a month now to schedule an appointment just to be seen! They did not accommodate me for their mistakes !

They never answer the phone.

Awesome Doctor and staff Friendly and Thorough

If you are a patient at any of DuPage Medical Centers make sure you double check your Bill's. They double charged us for supplies that were used for procedures and refuse to take them off the bill, I found this out through our insurance company. They also try double charging for co-pays. When it was Pronger Smith it was an awesome medical facility but when DuPage took it over rip off rip off. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Dr Dholakia truly treats his patients like family. He provided excellent card to my parents and has been my physician for about 30 years. He is a kind and caring man, and a great physician. His only concern is his patients well being. I have complete confidence in Dr. Dholakia. Unlike so many doctors who are put off when you ask them why or make a suggestion, Dr Dholakia is just the opposite. He explains everything and welcomes questions. He is happy to explain why and he’s willing to listen to concerns and suggestions. My healthcare is a partnership with Dr Dholakia. I am blessed with a great man and a great doctor.

Dr. Dholakia is the beat with my mom. He’s been treating her for years, she’s had several issues and he’s diagnosed her correctly and quickly. He’s a very nice man besides.
