I think Dr. Ali is fantastic. He's very compassionate and he listens to you. And to all you other people who say he doesn't answer the phone or they don't answer the phones it's because he has certain days off in that office and there is nobody there to take your call. He has to go from office to office in different towns so he tries the best he can and he does a great job. To all you people that are putting bad reviews that's your problem. Dr. Ali is one of the best doctors I have ever went to in my whole life. And I will continue to go to him for as long as I need to. I think Dr. Ali is fantastic. Dr Ali is very nice, knowledgeable but refers you to other Drs for test, Dr. Ali does not do any exams mostly done by nurses who are not thorough with their routine test. Nurses do not act professional and are inconsistent, forgetful of their duties they seem more like receptionist than nurses I rate these nurses on the low end of the scale And when they make appointments they turn around and change your appointment, these nurses are not to be trusted.

I can never get in touch with anyone to make an appointment I have to drive all the way to California City just for them to make an appointment for me. Very unprofessional can't even get a Pap smear there and the doctor examines you from his desk. The MA's look, sound and act unprofessional. I can never get in touch with Elizabeth for a referral to specialist so therefore I'm waiting even longer to see a doctor about my problems. They just do not care about people or people's problems they are only there to get their pay checks. Sad world we live in. Very disappointed. The doctor himself was easy to talk to. Certain staff, however, were unprofessional and rude. The wait times were ridiculous. Most of the time I would wait 4 hours past my appointment time! They never answer the phone or take it off the hook so you can't get through. If you show up to make an appointment they cop an attitude. They closed Their office on Northloop and never notified patients. I'm on medication that could cause seizures if stopped and when I was able to reach them the "nurse" was nasty with me on the phone when I asked for my refills until I could see another doctor. She filled all but the 2 I needed. I asked why I wasn't notified and she told me they didn't need to and that they no longer take my insurance. So thanks guys! I love dr Ali, he has helped me & my daughter so much & for many years we were with him, I hated when I had to move, & when I went in for my last appointment he stood up & gave me a hug, wish I could give him a call, sincerely tiffany, thank you dr Ali! You are missed ????

LOve the Clinic and all the staff. It is hard to find a DOCTOR that the whole family likes going to and hard to find a clinic that parents can trust with their kids health. DrAli's office is all these things and more. My family will be sad when he retires espically if Mercy retires as well. Everybody is very professional and courteous everytime we re in the office. They deal with alot of angry people or rude people often but they handle themselves very well considering their being screamed at LOve the Clinic and all the staff. They are rude and suddenly their number isn't working and also they are under investigation for over prescibing narcotics from what I know.

Very rude and unprofessional. They never answer the phone and they take a very long time to call you for your appointment.

Dr, Ali has been my childhood doctor,and now that I'm home as an adult he is by fare the most compassionate man and a very good doctor, he listens to me understands my torments and my need to regain my life and begin to work again,and is willing to help me get there.
