I came to visit Mr. Park today to discuss my issue and I felt like I was being degraded by him. I have a hard time understanding English so I need things to be explained to me which is why I also bring my daughter along to help explain on my behalf. He started getting frustrated with me due to his lack of understanding which is completely understandable but that gives him no reason to raise his voice at me and my daughter. He should've treated us with respect the same way we did to him even after the disrespect we received. I also understand his frustrations on the issue with my medical records but that was a matter outside of my knowledge so I don't appreciate his tone or ways of action. A calm explanation could've helped us both. He then he steps out of the room to complain about me to his co workers loud enough for everyone to hear. Again I understand his frustrations but he should've kept professional. I hope this goes under review so no one else will have to feel what I felt today

Recently I've been depressed, sad and in alot of pain and very frustrated my previous doctor couldn't find anything wrong with my back and neck I've spent 8 months dealing with this issue but things changed after meeting Dr. Park he found several issues with my back and I can't thank him enough I highly recommend Dr. Park

Dr. Park is an amazing physian that is kind, patient and puts his patients care first. I am always impressed with his staff and the way he treats me as an individual. Dr. Park is 5 STARS !

Dr. Park was very professional and empathetic. He listened carefully to the symptoms and ordered the medicine that would help me get back to my regular routine.

My recent visit with Dr. Park on the 20th of this month I made him angry. My pain and numbness in my arms and hands which occurs lying in bed or sitting in soft chairs becomes horrid at times. I assumed since it does not occur standing or walking I must have a pinched nerve in upper back or neck. He suggested carpal tunnel. When I told him I was seeing a hand specialist he sharply replied "Why did you come to see me then?"..I admire him very much but I shall not see him again. So much for self diagnosis. I apologized for taking up his time.B

Dr.park is awsome!

My name was not put on the list to see the Dr. for 30 minutes because I had something missing on my patient file (which I had completed before I got to appt.) I don't like being the one to keep the patient files for a business that I Pay. Other than that, I enjoyed meeting Dr, Park. He was very professional and yet, personal. Within 10 minutes he diagnosed my pain issue and set a program into motion. He is wonderful so far, and I am sure he will help me.

He was very professional and explained everything to my level of understanding. I was thankful he was there.

Dr. Park was nice but not willing to go into the true “Pain mgmt “ reality. I have had pain in my lumbar since I was 12. Some days I cannot even walk straight, Now I am 56 and trust me when I say things have not improved. I constantly do all the exercises at home and stretch. I was told unless I had Cancer I couldn’t/wouldn’t receive any meds. I cannot take anti inflammatory meds b/c of bleeding issues long term. I understand the opioid epidemic that has gripped our Nation but sometimes there are people caught in the middle with no where to turn to. That is I, I am truly sad how bad our medical system has become w regards to being incompetent to helping some people who need it

Dr. Park was very knowledgeable, he asked and answered questions. However, I was in the office too long. I arrived at 8:35 am, completed my paperwork at 9:12 am. Me appointment time was 9:15 am. I checked out at 11:10 am.

Very patient and understanding. He really wanted to get to the bottom of the problem that was causing my pain . He was very thorough and connected to my ortho needs..

Dr Park fixed a troublesome neck problem for my husband a few years ago. I didn’t hesitate to come see Dr Park when I hurt my back recently. He knows his business - so glad he is at Campbell Clinic in our area.

Dr. Park was very personable and genuinely cared about every detail of my care.

Dr Park was very understanding with my problems and took time to listen to those problems without rushing to see the next patient.

Pleased

Dr Park was very pleasant and understanding He listened to all of my problems. He was not in any hurry to rush me in and out to see his next patient. He was able to analyze my problems. Very satisfied.

My first visit with Dr. Park went well. He examined me, asked great questions, listened to me, and gave me a clear opinion as to my options. I will follow his instructions, take medication as requested, and refrain from lifting, or twisting for the next two weeks. I will follow up with a visit with him in two weeks.

Great Doctor

Dr Park has helped me so much with shots in my back making it possible for me to walk and be as active as I can be for now. Couldn’t have made it without him.

Computers were down but I was still seen in appropriate amount of time. Dr Park had my file and remembered me. He was able to help me with another problem while I was there.

Wonderful caring doctor!

He's interested in helping me with my pain. He listens to what I say. He's quick but takes care of business.

Wait time was fine visit with the Dr not so much! When I started to cry in pain he continued what he was doing to make me cry for another minute or so! Instead of stopping and letting me continue to answer the questions he had asked!

Very good experience. Answered all my questions and advise me on what I needed to do to continue my treatment

This was a follow up visit after a course of physical therapy to address a pain issue thought to be muscular. The pain is still present and may be a bone issue. Further testing has been ordered to try to determine a possible cause. I appreciate that Dr. Park listens and tries to get to the bottom of what is going on to cause this chronic pain.

Came in for foot pain as a walk-in. Saw Dr Park and he gave me his time and best plan for tests and to see Dr Murphy at a later date. I appreciate his help and professional opinions.

Dr. Park is always excellent!

Dr. Park is wonderful - very intelligent, yet thoughtful and kind. I would, and do, recommend him to others.

I am not impressed with this Doctor. I don't see how a Doctor can only examine with asking questions and writing on a pad. Had two appointments with this Doctor and on each one he never touched me or physically examine my body were my pain is. saw Dr. Park for low back pain , have arthritis , bone spur causing significant pain when walking or exercising, prescribed prednisone, scheduled MRI with follow up visit in a couple of weeks. Dr .Park was very professional seemed to do a good job. Prednisone provided quick relief until I see Him in a couple of weeks for follow up.

Dr Parks IS an extremely caring doctor. He will help you in anyway he can. I would recommend him to everyone. I have been on an 18 month journey of trying to deal with some health problems and he is the first one of many doctors to help me with my problems. He is sincere in treating you as a person

Dr. Park listened to the description of my pain areas and examined the area to be sure my perception and his were the same. He explained the treatment he will give me to alleviate my current back problem on the right side.

well if you ask a patient a question about there health you need to give time to answer but this was first apt hope he listen to my concerns better next time

Dr. Park was very nice, asked questions, took time with me, examed my knee & leg strength, and had me move so he could see how my back was responding. He was ver thorough.

Dr. Park performed a spinal block on my L4/L5 vertebrae mid July because of the debilitating pain in my hip and left leg. I went from a level 7 pain the evening b4 surgery and was not able walk w/o pain ,to level 2 the day of the surgery. For the past month I have been at a 0 level of pain. I walk many miles briskly, workout at ATF, ride my mountain bike , trim trees etc. all pain free now. His surgery performance was outstanding based on my results and I plan on starting back running within 4 weeks.

I was in and out very quickly and Dr Park is very good the only complaint I have is with his nurse who was very short and a little rude with me.

Listened to my concerns and offered a additional treatment.

Dr. Park was very professional. My visit was fast also.

Dr.Parks and Campbells Clinic did an exceptional job of getting my pain riddled back digiagnosed and plan of action to help my emergency. I could not have hoped more prompt professional help.

This was my first visit with Dr. Park. I like his direct answers and to the point. I would recommend him to my friends.

Dr. Park seems capable, I had to wait 2 hours for him to order a test my personal physician could have ordered. He did no examination, just went by what I said.

It was what I had expected have not seen Dr Park in sometime . He was polite and straight to the point . He answered my questions gave me advice on some exercises Quality care

I don't feel he took enough time with me; he seemed to be in a hurry.
