Dr. O’Shields is such a great pediatrician. She is thorough and very compassionate. Her bedside manner is wonderful and the kids do great with her. I would highly recommend her to anyone. Office staff are also wonderful.

Kind, loving, knowledgeable , professional staff.

Dr Oshields literally saved my child's life. he was born with cdiff and his pediatrician kept telling it was normal, it was literally killing him. He cried all day and all night, never stopping, not feeding or sleeping. The very FIRST time we saw her, she knew EXACTLY what it was and how to treat it. I could never repay her. She is the BEST. My son has been seeing her for over a year. The entire staff is amazing. The nurse is always super kind, informative and treats the kids so well! The doctor, I can’t say enough amazing things about her. She is patient, kind, gentle, knows exactly what to do and gives us ALL the info we need to care for our son at home. She remembers issues from the previous times we have been in and the office always calls to check in and make sure our son is making progress after being sick. Love everyone in the office, they remember your child and treat you like family... I would be lost at this whole parenting gig without their help.

Wow what an experience we had today! I brought my 6 yr. Old in today because of a personal issue. Well, Dr. O'sheilds treated that then out of the blue noticed something lodged way down in his ear, gently and with the utmost care, pulled it out. Then we found out that he has strep throat! Dr O'sheilds and her staff are simply the best around. Professional, caring genuine and efficient are just a few words that come to mind in describing her wonderful practice. I am new to the neighborhood and had to find a new pediatrician for my toddlers. I was not looking forward to doing this because I thought my previous pediatrician was the best thing that ever happened to us. I was wrong! My children warmed up to her immediately and not only that, my son had been suffering from constipation for an entire year and after the first visit with her for his on going issue (consripation) that we have been trying to fix for an entire year we saw results. I am so glad that we moved out here and found her. She is great. The wait can be long sometimes but I have come to realize that the good pediatricians usually have me waiting in the waiting room longer because they actually take their time with the children. When we get called to the back she does not make me feel rushed and even takes the time to ask about myself. I am new to the neighborhood and had to find a new pediatrician for my toddlers. Dr. o'shields and her staff are amazing. They listen, understand that first time parents can be a nervous and call about everything and never make you feel bad. The office is nice, and the wait time is minimal.

She is the best! Would not trust my children with any other physician.
