Dr. Ashish Upadhyay

I had dealt with a rapid onset of back pain that left me unable to work or even enjoy my time with my children and family. From physical therapy to pain injections, I tried just about everything and nothing helped. I continued to suffer and even at times had a hard time walking. I ended up having a lower back fusion by Dr Upadhyay and I have to say I will forever be thankful. He was extremely thorough and attentive. I feel very fortunate to be able to get back to the quality of life I had before ever having back issues.

Awful. He had no clue that random compression fractures can be linked with Multiple Myeloma. I would have lost my life years ago if I did not get a second opinion. I can believe he still around. Just stay away from this Q

Second meeting with Dr.Upadhyay to discuss possible surgery. He is very thorough explaining what can happen with surgery. But when told we wanted to look for another opinion he seemed to get defensive.

Dr Upadhyay did back surgery on my 87 year old mom. He was patient, professional and well informed at all visits leading up to the decision on having surgery. He was very thorough in making sure she was cleared for the operation and performed it successfully. it was a pleasure to work with him and I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.
