Mr. Asheesh Sood

This doctor was hard to get a hold of. While part of the onus was on me, when I was vomiting and bleeding, the women at the office made very little effort to send Sood messages, and I would not get responses right away when they were sent. His assistant took a week to get back to me, too. Eventually, I ended up in the hospital and when he was there at the hospital when I was there, he never visited me. Where were you, Sood? I needed you. I went to a different doctor at GBMC and I did not have Colitis. I have Chron's disease, and I also had a gut infection. Whether or not the infection was there before or after my colonoscopy with Sood, I don't know. I felt like I was just another number to this doctor, and I think a good chunk of the problems comes from his office and the staff there who made no effort to get me what I needed unlike the staff at GBMC. If you get Sood as a doctor, you're going to deal with his staff and his assistant. It was a rough combo on everything all around.

Extremely knowledgeable compassionate and professional. Dr. Sood is the best and his staff is amazing.

My mother had a stomach problem for many years but after met mr. Sood she is happy and satisfied, mr sood is a very good doctor by nature too... Keep it up

Dr. Sood was very thorough and professional. Endoscopy Center is a very nice and comfortable facility. Staff really helpful. Nurse Wendy was knowledgeable, understanding and skillful. (I didn’t even feel the IV needle.) Anesthesiologist Gene answered questions thoroughly and was reassuring and personable. Very good explanations and follow-up.

My appointment was 12PM. As I was walking in Dr. Sood was walking out of his facility with another man. I thought it strange since they were headed to the cars. I was sent to the prep room where nurses got me ready for the procedure. I saw Sood when he finally came back to his job 2 hours later. By now, there were 3 patients ahead of me. I waited 3 hours for a 20 min. procedure. Not only did I wait but my ride was sitting in the waiting room all that time. I hadn't eaten in 2 days and was feeling the affects of that. When I asked him why he was so late, he lied to me saying 'the patient flow was slowing him down. I saw him leave & come back 2 hrs. later. I do not begrudge Dr. Sood his lunch but why schedule me for noon then leave the building for 2 hrs?? Very RUDE and inconsiderate keeping his patients waiting as he did ! A 3 hr. wait is unacceptable.

Harford Endoscopy Center was an extremely clean, patient focused facility. The staff (including Amanda, Katy, ___ Martin, & Dr. Steve (anesthiologist) were very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Sood explained what occurred during my procedure clearly, understanding I was waking up and a bit woozy. Highly recommend. I really did not ask Dr. Sood questions so I cannot rate his listening and answering questions. I had no problem with the amount of time he spent with me FYI...the office staff great too

A good experience for both of my visits - 5 years apart. Great facility. Very friendly and helpful office staff and nurses .Dr.Sood was courteous and very professional. Highly recommend

Dr. Sood was wonderful! My experience at Harford Endoscopy was fantastic from the scheduling of my procedure to the moment I walked in the door and left the building. The staff was amazing, personal, and very informative. I would recommend Harford Endoscopy to my colleagues, friends and family. Thank you Dr. Sood!

Dr. Sood is the most arrogant doctor I have ever encountered. I at first gave him the benefit of the doubt and went back for a second encounter. I left that visit knowing I would never return to this practice. There are many doctors in this area who present with a likable and pleasant demeanor as well as knowledge. Because of his arrogance, i could not trust him to help me make good decisions regarding my health . I recommend going elsewhere.

I was admitted to hospital with GI bleeding in 2005 and this guy got the job done, diagnosed my Ulcerative Colitis and got me on the right drugs to get my health back to normal. I've been seeing him for 5 years and have never felt better.
