Dr. Aryeh L Herrera

The office staff is excellent. Having said that, my experience with Dr. Herrera was quite different. When I initially went to see him, it was for an earlobe tear. He told me my insurance would not cover it, even though he was a participating provider. So we scheduled the surgery. When I went in, he said good morning, take your glasses off and then, when finished, two weeks. Those were the words he spoke to me the entire time I was there. In two weeks, I went back to get my stitches out, he said they needed to stay in another week. Never in my life, after countless surgeries, have stitches or staples stayed in more than 10 days and mine were in for over three weeks. Of course, they grew into the skin and he had to rip them out, causing bleeding. Nothing said, no apologies, no acknowledgement that he made an error, just see you in 3 months. Summing up, I have never in my life met a more arrogant, obnoxious self-important person in my life. And my insurance did cover it, got a refund.

Dr. Herrera,. He is one of the best Dr.s I have ever seen. He's caring, pleasant and explains everything. His staff is just like him. I was referred to him and I am so thankful. I only gave Dr Herrera 1 star due to the staff. I went to him 10 years ago and twice he tried to fix the horrific plastic surgery he did after my mastectomy and it still looks awful. The worst bed side manners imaginable.

I have been a patient of Dr Herrera for a long time. I wouldn't trust any other Dr. He takes great care, listens to my concerns and always gives me the best care. He is compassionate and truly cares about his patients as family. His staff is cares about my time and is always friendly and helpful.

I have seen the Dr. For numerous surgerys involving skin cancer basil cell. And I will say that they all were Purdy invasive surgeries and the results I have been receiving or great. Dr. Herrara is very great surgon and I could not have ask for more and am so blessed I did not need to go done the road to Frederick or Baltimore for my work.
