I always have to call to get Dr. Modak to call pharmacy and renew my prescription. I am thinking of looking for new doctor.
Excellent doctor but he does not take my insurance anymore so I am looking for an internal medicine doctor.

Dr. Modak and his team have always been professional and listened to my concerns. They also never made me wait in the lobby for a long period of time which is rare when visiting a doctor! Not sure what the other reviewer experienced, but I love the receptionists upfront.

Horrible front office. Called for two months straight and could never get a call back. Office manager is the Doctor's wife and she never called me back either.
Do not go here .. I left 3 messages with them and never got back to me . Called a 4th time and the nurse said we have no room for you,go to the ER . I called a week and half ago about a medication they said my insurance didn't want to pay . I called my insurance,to which they said all they have to do is fill out a form we faxed them . They send it twice.nurse said we don't get fax .he then said I'll keep an eye out . It's Friday now, I called again,nurse said your insurance doesn't want to pay .omg all u have to do is fill out the forms they sent/faxed. I've had other problems there . He is a wonderful doctor but his front staff is awful. They will put you on hold without letting you speak.
I followed Dr. Modak from a medical group he left last year. I just loved the attention he paid to my situation and the time he took to look into what might be going on. He is very thorough and works with his residents to work in the same way at his new practice. I feel well taken care of and confident in his care.
more concerned about himself than patient...does not listen to patient ...has mind made up what hes going to do regardless of patient experience...probably due to education in another country other than us recommend staying away from this guy
