Nice, but nice doesn’t save lives. A family member of mine had cancer and she couldn’t figure it out despite this family member showing every single sign of cancer and specifically going to her to figure out what was wrong. A different doctor caught it on the first visit right away. If it wasn’t for him, I’d have a funeral to attend to. She is incompetent in what matters. Stay away if you value your life.

My dad had a cardiology appointment scheduled here through the VA. He arrived to his appointment on time (early actually) and had to wait in the lobby for 45 minutes from the time of his appointment before someone called him in. The lobby was all but empty but even so - people who came in after my dad were seen before him. The level of disrespect for people’s time is laughable. My dad is 70 years old and has much better things he could be doing with his time on earth than sitting in your lobby. The receptionist was unhelpful when we pointed out how long we had been waiting. I get waiting 15-20 minutes for an appointment- but 45 minutes — seriously? Stop treating people as if their time is not as valuable as yours. Wonderful doctor who truly cares about her patients!

Dr. Pandey is a wonderful doctor. Not only is she excellent in her practice, she is the most compassionate person I have ever met. There are not enough words in our language to describe the incredible work of this woman.

Wonderful, doctor. She cares about her patients. Spends time with her patients, never in a hurry.

She is caring and thorough. She communicates well with her patients about wellness topics while also addressing any current health-related issues. She orders lab work when needed and follows up with the patient if any results need addressing. She’s very knowledgeable and connected with our local hospital and still sees her own hospitalized patients. She lets you know she is available for your healthcare needs.

Dr Pandey is one of the most caring Doctor that I have ever been associated with. She always takes time with me and my family members to make sure we are taken care of and is always very pleasant to be around. She is like one of the family members

Very through and attentive. She has very great concerns of your health. Listens to your concerns and act on her diagnoses.

Very helpful and professional. Takes the time to answer all your questions. Caring and compassionate. She has been my doctor for years. At least 20 years.

Excellent physician. Very well informed and gives special attention to you. Careing and compassionate. Will make recommendations for another specialist if necessary. Will see you in the hospital.
