Please don't go to Dr. Chasin. Especially in St. Croix, USVI. Your teeth will take much longer than necessary to "fix". I know 3 people(including myself)who left with slanted teeth from him & he couldn't even see the slant when pointed out! An obvious slant that numerous other orthodontists confirmed! I know people who had gum problems because of how long Chasin left the braces on! I know maybe 6 people who had to get their braces redone after years of no change at Chasin & were told that their braces were "done improperly" when they switched to new orthodontists. When I went to a new orthodontist after Chasin, I was shocked by their professionalism. They measured my teeth and slant and offered me many options. At each appt they carefully check your progress and change wires & bands. For months Chasin wouldn't change anything on my and fellow client's braces and just look. Chasin is getting older & is very much unable to help clients to this best of his ability. Please go elsewhere.
