If i could leave negative stars, i would. Dr. Strauss and his equally awful PA Jeri Reid left me alone and struggling to breath for OVER AN HOUR after being admitted to the ER with a visibly broken collarbone and ribs without taking any xrays or providing any pain relief. After 4 hours in the ER, i was told that i had a broken collarbone (because the broken bones tenting under my skin weren’t indication enough for them apparently), but that they “didn’t see anything going on with my ribs” - despite my incredible pain and struggles to breath fully. There were no cars in the parking lot, nobody in the lobby, and yet this doctor, his staff, and the hospital all thought that leaving a patient alone and in acute pain for hours was perfectly excusable. This was one of the worst hospital experiences in my life and every single person who had a duty to provide cate and treatment that night should be ashamed of themselves. .

What a great GREAT man! Compassionate, caring, knowledgeable. A wonderful warm human being. Thank you Dr. Strauss!
