Dr. Olano was my father’s physician. He is encouraging, compassionate, both smart and wise, and unfailingly professional. Have not met a better doctor.

Dr. Olano has been my and my husband PCP for 7 years. I chose him because he was recommended by many of my colleagues at the Washington Hospital Center. And they are right. It was good to be treated with professionalism and care. His clinical expertise (he is an assistant Professor of Medicine @Georgetown University School of Medicine); bedside manners exceed my expectations. I am very pleased with my experience with Dr. Olano. He is always generous with his time and I never felt rushed.

I have recommended Dr Olano to my family and friends. We are all pleased with his internal medicine knowledge, his professionalism and caring demeanor. He provides excellent management of my complex medical issues. He answers all of questions during my routine office visits and responds in a timely manner when I have an urgent concern. I have always been pleased with his referral network for my specialty care. Finally, I commend his support staff and am very happy with the new office.

Dr Olano has been my primary care physician for the past 5 years. I also selected him as a provider for my elderly sister. He demonstrates compassion, professionalism, and answers questions thoroughly. He listens closely and explains medicals terms in an easy to understand way. His calm demeanor and quiet respect gives me/us a true sense of trust in his care and abilities. His clinical and admin staff display high regards for him. Having the ability to reach him via secure email is also a plus!!

Dr. Olano is that that kind of doctor who would laugh at your face when you say you have pain. He would make you feel extremely uncomfortable to talk about it, like you complain too much. I explained that i had chest pain and difficulty breathing, and Dr. Olano told me that it's "in my head", suggested that i should talk to a psychologist. I saw another doctor and was hospitalized with pulmonary embolism the same day. Medical professionals should never treat patients like that. Please avoid.
