Dr. Arpan Desai

Did not listen to my needs, disconnected, cold and slightly passive aggressive. Could not read messy client intake forms.

Just met Dr Desai today and very impressed. Spent alot of time with me and expalined my issues and gave me options. Look forward to getting better!

This is a very poor dr he does not have the education it takes to be a good dr

If I could give this place zero stars I would I jumped through a ton of hoops just to be seen by these people waited weeks for a phone call just for them to call and say the dr thought I was not worth seeing even though he has only read a peace of paper about what I am dealing with would not tell anyone to ever go here RUDE

I have been seeing Dr. Desai for a couple of years now. He “heard” me when no one else seem to listen to me. I have never felt judged by anyone in his office which is so refreshing. His office staff is consistent and personable. I am spoiled by Nikki and when she was out Michelle made me feel very comfortable. I would not want to be seen by anyone else. While the doctor is great, the office staff is incompetent, at best. They couldn't find my paperwork, lost my information more than once, and did not properly file with my insurance. They didn't even know why I was there. If you can get past their ineptness, Dr. Desai is a good doctor. He listens carefully and will not push to take steps that aren't necessary just so he can cut on you or make more money.

Good doctor and staff. Been a patient for awhile now and am very pleased as I move through the process. Hopefully post surgery procedures and some work on my part will get me back to "almost" normal!

Staff in their office ruins it for dr the staff is the worse I have ever seen never been so abused by a doctors office trying to give me meds I am allergic to that could kill a person no regard from the office..

I can't say it all, but by far I love the staff always very nice, Dr Desai is so caring, i love the fact he talks to you ask how everything going on with me, informs you on the procedures before and after its done, the staff have called after my procedure to see if I'm okay I've been telling my family how compassionate everyone treats me

I have been with Dr.Desai for over two yr now he been so great with manage my pain, Thanks you so much for been there Dr.Desai

First time at Dr. Desai's office and was very happy with the level of professionalism from the minute I walked in. Everyone was very welcoming, was back to my room very quickly. Dr. Desai took his time talking thru my symptoms and also the procedure in depth to make sure I was comfortable. Have passed his information along to friends and family and will continue to do so.

Honestly, I can't say enough on how Dr. Desai cares for me as a patient. His manners, concerns are genuine, makes excellent recommendations which lead to successful surgery and followup care fabulous. He has been treating me now for almost 2 years has helped beyond compare. Seriously strongly recommend Dr. Desai. With the recent change in office manager to Brett, the issues of the past are gone.

The office staff is very friendly here. Dr. Desai is a very genuine and caring physician that listened to what my issues were and was able to give me answers, when no one else could. I have improved so much since seeing Dr Desai and I am really pleased. Highly recommended !

Excellent Dr. I would highly recommend him. He listens to your ussues and addresses them in a professional manner.

Great doctor! Highly recommend! Listens and actually cares about you as a patient. That is rare these days.

The dr is great it is the admin that doesn't take care of patience. My wife for a month trying to get the prescriptions that she needs but the admin sends it to Walmart and they don't have it. Also they had my wife come out of the dr with out being in a wheel chair, She was still drowsy. Would not recommend this dr and the admin.
