Not Good. Bait & switch. I made a phone appointment with Dr. Bonavente for 11:15 on a Monday. I got a call about 10:00 that day from a nurse wanting to get all my info. During that call she kept referring to the doctor as "She" So I asked her if I was to talk to Dr. Bonaventte. She said No Dr. Bonavente is not taking new patients. I think this is underhanded and canceled the appointment. It says here that he is taking new patients.
