Arnold Smalls

My doctor called my prescriptions in to CVS. I don't understand why because they don't contract with my insurance. I would think that my doctor should know this information. Maybe he doesn't care I don't know.

I tried to make a chiropractor appointment because I was in so much pain I couldn't get out of bed. I was told I needed a referral by Aspinwall Chiropractor. Not true! It's been since last week and still no referral or pre-authorization and nobody told me i dont need a referral. I found out by calling my insurance company. Why didn't somebody tell me? Needless to say, he isn't my PCP anymore.

I've been going to Dr smalls for about 20 years and I think he's the best doctor around. He's very attentive, caring ,patient and understanding.. His schedule stays packed but if you really need to see him he will get you in the same day. I would definitely recommend him.

I would recommend LIM to anybody! Good Drs. and nurses! DR Smalls is my physician. He is never in a hurry, will listen to what you have to say with concern. Been my Dr. for at least 20 years!

He is a wonderful Doctor very professional. Caring and understaning and very real.

Very nice staff, and facility!! I would recommend this doctor to anyone!! I had a pleasant experience when I took my aunt to her visit!! We were taken back in a fair amount of time, without having to wait forever. Dr. Smalls was a very nice man and he seemed to care about her, and took time to treat her!!
