Had a very pleasant experience! I would definitely recommend! Staff was very professional and helpful as well!

Best pediatrician & staff in town! The doctors and staff are always so gentle and they prove that they genuinely care about my children. It is always easy to get appointments either same day or the following day and the nurses and doctors are great at listening to all of our concerns. My kids love them and are not afraid to go to the doctor!

Dr. Arnold and Ryan Kagan are the best pediatricians! They listen to all my concerns and have always responded quickly whenever something comes up after hours. I have been coming to them for 2 years now. I just had another baby and was so happy that Dr. Ryan Kagan able to come see my newborn in the hospital everyday we were there. Nurse Jean is also super knowledgeable and always very gentle with my babies. I love their office and staff. Hardly ever a wait for appointments.

I love Dr. Kagan and his staff . Everyone at Kagan pediatrics is great . Dr. Arnold and Jean are our favorite . Jean is the kindest and the most caring nurse we ever met . Dr. Arnold is knowledgeable, caring and kind . Dr. Arnold cares so much about his patients, he called us on the weekend just to check on our 1 month old just to see how he was doing . I can’t thank Dr. Kagan (both father and son) enough for their exceptional care to my daughter for so many years and now to my new son. I had considered taking my son to see another pediatrician out of convenience when we moved, but quickly realized how much I missed Kagan Pediatrics. In addition, I appreciate the front office and nurses for always being so friendly and making us feel comfortable. Thank you to this fantastic team! Receptionist does not have any care concerns or remorse about any problems with your child. I absolutely love Dr. Arnold❤️ Unfortunately on December 6 Dr. Arnold was not in when my little one experienced a fever of 103. CBC Ryan seen my son tested him for flu and strep at the time of the visit my son fever was 102.3. I expressed my concerns in regards to my son shaking and he told us it was chills and sent us home 10 mins later my son had a seizure and was rushed to the hospital. Absolutely the worst day of my life! Thank God my son is okay! I highly do not recommend! Ryan clearly doesn’t know what he’s doing!!!!! And doesn’t care about his patients!!!! Always a faster service with less wait times. Very friendly.

I was referred to this practice by a friend of mine who sees the dad of this father/son team. What she didn't tell me, until after the appointment, is why she only sees the dad. After reading the negative reviews here, I see that the negative comments are mostly about the son, Ryan. He is rude and extremely condescending. He spent most of the visit lecturing me about the COVID vaccine, didn't even look in my son's ears or nose, and at one point left the room and came back in with a swab. He didn't say a word to me like "I'm going to swab him for strep" or covid or whatever else he could have been swabbing for, and just told my son to open his mouth and then stuck the swab in his throat. During the entire visit, he never did tell me what the swab was for. I'm assuming it was for strep and that it was negative, but those words never came out of his mouth. He wore a mask and face shield and spoke 100 miles per hour, all of which was muffled by said mask and shield. I had to ask him several times to repeat himself. If he's so concerned with adults and kids getting the vaccine, he should take the approach of being a nice person and he might have more success. He's rude and not someone I want to take my children to, so I hope this helps anyone looking for a pediatrician for their own children. Or perhaps go to the dad; it sounds like he is well liked. Fast great service. The nurses and doctors are so great with all 4 of my kids.

Both doctors take their time to answer my questions and thoroughly examine my daughter. We never have to wait long. I also like that they never push me to do anything I don’t want to do (i.e. the hep b vaccine.).

My daughter has been going here all her life (she is 5) and we love it!! They get us in quickly if it’s an emergency and always recommend help if I can’t make it in!!! Oh and my husband thought it would be better to get his vaccine worth them as well since they take such good care of our daughter!

My family and I have been established patients with Kagan Pediatrics since 2009. Nurses Lynn (at the front desk) & Gene are the friendliest group of ladies and always helpful. Dr. Arnold & Dr. Ryan are both caring physicians who only want the best for your child’s health and well being.

I’m so happy we found Kagan Pediatrics! The Drs & staff are thorough about everything they do. Each and every vaccine was explained to us before given. We are sent home with a great deal of information. Dosage sheets for pain reliever (Ty/IB). Papers stating measurements that were taken, info on immunizations that were given, & extra info on feeding, sleeping, development & safety tips for baby! I’m so happy we found Kagan Pediatrics! We’ve been going to Kagan Pediatrics since 2012. The staff is always so helpful, we love both Dr. Arnold and Ryan Kagan, but the frosting on the cake is their wonderful nurse! She is so sweet, lovable and patient with our kids.

Never going back again. Its my 3rd time going there just because they have all my kids info but its useless. Dr Kagan (the son) never put an effort to see my son. He dont even give the answers you ask him. My son has been seen by Dr Kegan since Jr High and is now heading off to college. Dr. Kegan has been able to diagnose and treat issues and most important been able to foster a comfortable atmosphere for my son to be open and honest with him. I fully recommend his pediatric practice.

I was very impressed at this visit. We were seen by Dr. Kagan (son) . It was a check up and vaccine appointment for my 3 children. I had a few minor concerns and they were addressed. My main reason for this high rating was because my son has severe anxiety when it comes to shots. Dr. Kagan was not done with the check ups, but saw my son crying and getting unceasingly scared. He stopped and went and got his nurse to go ahead and get the vaccines ready, so that my son could get it over with. He then continued the check ups and my son was so relieved after it was all over. I love Kagan Pediatrics. Dr.. Arnold Kagan has been my children's pediatrician since birth. He always listens and now that my daughter is a teen, he is very sincere. We have always gotten an appointment and have never waited long. We love the nurse. It's always good to see the same faces in the office.

Ryan Kagan has very bad bedside manner. He made my daughter and I feel uncomfortable and very unwelcomed. He also was unable to help us.

I can speak for my self. I took my daughter (3yr old) twice to see pediatrician in this office. The doctor who saw my girl never put an effort to connect with my daughter. Not friendly at all, not for my girl, I would want a doctor who isn't friendly for myself. This my experience, not sure race play factor here. I am disappointed. Love this place. It was our first time there and we were called back immediately at our appointment time. The nurse was super friendly, and the Doctor was amazing. Plus my special needs daughter loved him so that extra points in my book since she normally freaks out and for once she didn’t.

Great staff very helpful!! As well as the nurse she was super gentle and friendly with baby while checking baby’s weight and administrating shots. Dr. Arnold G. He took the time to answer a young moms long list of questions and he listened carefully to all my concerns. He saw my son through his tonsillectomy and even now at my sons now 14 years of age he refuses to see any other doctor. I would recommend Kagan Pediatrics to anyone looking for a good pediatrician.
