Dr. Fong has been my family's ph... - Dr. Fong has been my family's physician for 20 years and has always been warm with great listening skills. He is knowledgeable on the latest preventive health requirements. He also pays attention to my over all cost of care and suggests alternatives keeping in mind the effectiveness of care I receive. I have been able to reach him via messaging, which has been very helpful. His medication management and referral recommendations have been fantastic as well. I couldn't be happier or safer. 5 stars is not nearly enough for Dr Fong and his staff. My new patient/annual well check today was amazing. Tough to say about a doctors appointment. haha His staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. From the front desk check-in, to the MA, to meeting Dr Fong was a great experience. I honestly felt like I was just meeting with friends. He is one of the best physicians I have ever been to and I highly recommend him and his office. From scheduling my new patient appointment, to check in and check out the practice is amazing. The entire staff was very friendly while being professional. 5 stars is not nearly enough. Then you meet Dr Fong. Friendly, kind, compassionate. I felt like I was meeting an old friend. Really a great experience, and I wish I would have gone to him years ago. I highly recommend this practice.

Great doctor ,he’s very thorough with examinations ,and a great listener to what is going on with your health, he’s staff is very friendly, and very helpful

Dr. Fong is personable and through. My wife and I were recommended to him by a half a dozen friends who couldn't speak any higher of him. We were blown away by his willingness to take the time to ask questions of our medical history, work, activities, and diets. He was very careful in his notes, prescriptions, and follow-up. He has exceeded my expectations for a primary care.

He is kind, compassionate and caring. He spends as much time as needed for me. RXs are prompt as well as replies to app email. +++++

Sadly a nice man is overwhelmed does not delegate or manage his practice.. after a few years of having thing not get done example calling in prescriptions., several calls including from insurance company to get scripts to bring to pharmacy.Several calls later made appointment at office. 1st he said never got insurance request then we saw it it said urgent and my name. He blamed staff I confronted him and saw it but thought he gave to staff to handle but never forwarded.Sadly I changed Dr.
