Very professional. This guy knows what he's doing. Imagine someone does something thousands of times, they are bound to be great at it. I had gynocomastia for years, was always skeptical about getting surgery because I was afraid it wouldn’t turn out how I’d like it. But now I can say with full confidence that Dr. Breitbart did an amazing job and I can finally live with this weight off my shoulders. If you are ever considering getting gynocomastia surgery, he is the man to go to. The results are so impressive and it’s only been 2 months post op. I can only imagine a year from now. I’m a skinny marathon runner who eats super healthy, but I wanted to reduce wobbliness on my thighs, which I clearly communicated numerous times to Dr Breitbart. June 17, 2020 was my surgery date, but something happened during surgery. He proceeded to do a lipo on other locations, not at all addressing the thighs. When I brought it up to him, he said that I should’ve known that he shouldn’t have done the lipo there - but I’m not a doctor, he is. I had explained my situation over&over and trusted he knew what he was doing. Refusing to acknowledge that he had done something different from what we had agreed on, he said well, I thought this would give you a nicer silhouette, your legs look more balanced now, no? Also still have big, bullet-like scars (despite following all the instructions) -from a surgery that was incorrectly done to address something that wasn't even a problem in the 1st place. Wouldn't recommend.

I had severe gynecomastia. Dr. Breitbart, evaluated me and said he will be able to perform the surgery. We discussed everything prior and went ahead with the surgery. He is a many of few words but does a good job. My only issue is that I wish he had done more liposuction along with the skin removal. My results compared to pre-op are night and day but I would have just appreciated that extra step to ensure there is less of a sign of fatty tissue there. The way he did it the cuts does make me look like I have a "built" chest however so I am not too upset. Overall, I will highly recommend him because he knows what he is doing and you will be happy with the overall results as I am.

I never write reviews but this time I had to . I was suffering under a severe case of Gynecomastia ever since I can remember . Many years of pain, insecurity , afraid to take my shirt off in public. I consulted with two surgeons in NY and all they wanted was my money . One of those surgeons is not even Board Certified . It is important to look for a doctor who is extremely experienced in this field and also Board Certified as Dr. Breitbart . I found him through an extensive research with my wife . After reading his reviews I went ahead and scheduled my initial consultation . Best decision I ever made !! The second I walked into his office I felt comfortable and safe . After consultation I had no doubts I finally found the right doctor for this procedure and I went ahead and booked my surgery date . His bedside manners are absolutely amazing . The best! I came home from a TT procedure and wanted to clean my house! Excellent experience and great results so far. Dr. Breitbart performed arm and bra roll liposuction in 11/2021. I was nervous initially because the procedure was performed under local anesthesia but Dr. Breitbart's team explained everything before touching and was extremely gentle. I experienced soreness after the procedure but was able to return to work in 2 days with minor imitations such as no heavy lifting or exercise. His office called to follow-up post-op. I came to Dr. Breitbart because he had awesome reviews online and his office has lived up to my expectations. I love the professionalism, friendliness, cleanliness and promptness of the office staff. Dr. Arnold Breitbart, his team, and my experience! I had smart Lipo of the Lower abdomen and flanks. My first interaction and all others with the front-line staff was lovely. The receptionists are super kind, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. This made my experience easy going and gave me the piece of mind and reassurance needed to book my appointment since I’ve never had a procedure done before and was extremely nervous. I had so many doubts and questions and each time I called I couldn’t tell rather I was speaking with Jen, Viviane or Loretta because they were all equally wonderful and patient with me. Overall, everyone was responsive and very attentive to all my needs. Dr. Breitbart is exceptionally professional and exceeded my expectations. Absolutely amazing doctor. Its been a week since my surgery and I could not be happier. Completely off pain medication within 24 hours. No bruising & soreness almost completely gone 1 week later. Would recommend to anyone looking to have surgery.

Update: I now know why this office wanted me to review them prior to the procedure. It’s a way for them to garner positive feedback prior to what was a terrible overall experience. At first meeting this doctor, I was happy with how he approached the consult and how he spoke very clearly and matter of fact about the procedure. Assuring me I was a great candidate as a healthy, active individual. I said numerous times during this consult that one of biggest fears was coming out botched as I have seen way too many examples of this. He didn’t sell me on anything special which I also liked and brushed off the mention of coming out botched or having issues as he was basically an expert at this procedure and handled these all of the time. My surgery day came and went without a hitch. I did everything they told me to and followed all directions. I wore my suppression garments even more than required as I wanted to do whatever I could to have the best outcome. That’s where the good feelings towards the procedure ended. Every visit back I would bring up and show Dr Breitbart the issues I was having (the ripple in my leg, the unevenness of around my stomach and the entire area on both sides of my back that were missed) and he was always defensive and combative explaining basically that he can’t help me. At first it was, full results after 6 months. Then when I brought up the same issues again, it was, full results after 9 months. Again, at 9 months I brought up the issues again because, surely I should be done healing and the it became, well it takes a year. My advice is to go to anyone but Dr. Breitbart for plastic surgery. I wish I had. And now, I have to see another doctor to correct the issues that this doctor refused to acknowledge. Original prior to procedure: I am so happy that I chose Dr. Breitbart. I had a few consultations over the last few years for the procedure I had done. No one felt quite "right". I continued my search and came across Dr. Breitbart's page and began researching. I sent a request for an appointment and got a response right away, after hours on a Sunday. I thought maybe it was an automated response but I called the next day and made an appointment. After my appointment I had emailed again to ask a few additional questions and received an immediate response. I knew then that I was speaking directly to Dr. Breitbart. He wasn't a salesman. He simply explained what would be done and the healing process. That sold me and I booked my procedure the next day. While I came to Dr. Breitbart for surgery, I came away with self-confidence I have never had. I struggled for a long time about the decision to have liposuction and abdominoplasty. I went to my consultation with Dr. Breitbart and his demeanor gave me comfort about my decision and that he was the right person to perform the procedure. For the last six weeks I have felt that this has been the BEST decision I’ve made for myself in a very long time. I’ve said to him on every visit “you’ve changed my life.” And he loves to reinforce it by showing me the now dreaded “before” picture LOL. It’s very hard to think that I lived inside that body not living life fully. Just 6 weeks later I can wear my first bikini and all my clothes fit as they were meant to. I don’t have to wear a larger size simply to accommodate my waist line. I feel and look so much better…and for anyone else struggling with whether or not this is worth the investment and whether or not this is the right doctor stop your search, u found the right person don’t hesitate!

Dr. Breitbart is friendly. However he deceives patients, when he describes what patients should expect from his surgery. He promised me a 75% reduction in fat, but he only achieved a 20% at best. When confronted with what he said before the surgery and what he delivered after, he said that he "says these sort of things" before surgeries. I was able to book a consultation very quickly, discuss and arrange for financing, and schedule a procedure in a reasonable amount of time. The office staff is very responsive and easy to work with, and (most importantly) the results were well worth it.

My eyelids were practically shut and I had to lift them to read. Dr. Breitbart almost effortlessly created eyelids in his office using a local anesthetic. I didn’t feel a thing. My eyelids are back like they were and my eyeliner looks beautiful !! He is a true artist!!!

From our consultation meeting to the multiple follow-up visits, Dr. Breitbart was calm, understanding, caring and empathetic to my 16 year old son's needs. Gynecomastia surgery is embarrassing and for my 16 year old it was all consuming. Dr Breitbart made my son feel at ease from the moment we walked in the door. I got liposuction done on my abdomen and flanks by Dr. Breitbart who took out about 4 liters of fat in total. Everything was super easy from the consultation to the surgery. I opted to do local anesthesia only vs being put asleep. The pain was mostly minimal with a few instances of pain that I would call similar to someone pinching you very hard for like 20 seconds. The surgery was in his Manhasset office and took about an hour and then I was on my way. The recovery was a lot faster than I anticipated. I was incredibly sore for the first 48 hours, but felt well enough to work out again in about a week's time if I wanted. Overall, this was a great experience. I am so happy that I chose Dr. Breitbart. I had a few consultations over the last few years for the procedure I had done. No one felt quite "right". I continued my search and came across Dr. Breitbart's page and began researching. I sent a request for an appointment and got a response right away, after hours on a Sunday. I thought maybe it was an automated response but I called the next day and made an appointment. After my appointment I had emailed again to ask a few additional questions and received an immediate response. I knew then that I was speaking directly to Dr. Breitbart. He wasn't a salesman. He simply explained what would be done and the healing process. That sold me and I booked my procedure the next day.
