Dr Mendez is a very caring Dr. The ladies in his office are all so very pleasant, I had a total knee replacement done . and I am so glad I chose Dt Mendez I highly recommend

Bias IME, throws out whatever the insurance company wants. If you wind up here, get a lawyer

I'm not sure any of the Dr's here were ever taught good bedside manner. Been to 2 Drs here and you feel more like a "payment" than "patient", so sad

My Mother suffered a terrible accident, at no fault of her own, and is now being pressured by the insurance company to settle the case. This doctor was supposed to help and understand her injury so that he could advise on best next steps. Instead, he rudely addressed her and even said “in America you must speak English”. Do not go to this doctor, instead of putting the best interest of his patients first, he chose to belittle and degrade. He is what is wrong with America today. Very good. Wait was a little long, but staff was great and doctor was very nice.

Dr. Mendez is an excellent doctor who cares about his patients. He has cared for me in the past and present and he alleviates all my fears

Had answers to all my questions and felt very confident with his suggestions of what I should concerning pain in my knee

Dr. Mendez is terrible, he doesn’t listen to your problems and often talks over you, he actually told me I was not feeling something that I actually feel. Bad bedside manner.

Friend with arthiritis in bone in shoulder one shot and no more pain

Dr. Mendez is an excellent doctor who truly understands his profession. I only gave him 4 stars because some of my friends and family prefer doctors who are more gregarious. Personally, I like the straightforward approach and Dr. Mendez's willingness to answer any questions I have. He even thinks of questions I should ask but hadn't thought of myself.

I can’t even begin to share my experience with this practice, staff and Dr. Mendez included! Phenomenal care from scheduling my appointment, to self pay, and Dr. Mendez’s care. He returned my call back in a very timely manner and saved me a very expensive, lengthy and unnecessary trip (of panic) to the ED. All good things about this practice. Very highly recommended.

The staff was warm and friendly, the waiting time was brief, and Dr. Mendez was pleasant, informative, and easy to talk to. It was a first time visit, and I left very satisfied with the care I received.

Dr. Mendez and his staff took me in quick and took good care of me. Very professional and courteous. I expect to make a full recovery and ger back to work soon.

Very friendly and knowledgeable including staff. Nice office easy location. Just long wait time in office for doctor on one occation, other times were quick.

Dr Mendez and his Team were awesome. Everything was handled quickly and without any issues and went just as planned. While never fun to have surgery, the process was without any stress enabling me to focus on getting back to my best.

Have been a patient for years and Dr Mendez has always treated me with respect, listened to my problem and concerns and addressed each in a very patient and caring manner, as well providing all options for treatment . I would highly recommend him as one who is truly concerned about the well being of his patient overall.

Very bad bedside manners, seems as if he doesn’t care about the well being of his patients (me). Did not want to listen to my issues, he just assessed me for what he thought not what I felt. Makes you feel worse when you leave than when you went in.

It's very clear to me that Dr. Mendez is slipping in his later years. Very gruff initial exam. Would not listen to my pain complaints. Often talked over me as I was explaining my issue. I assume that he is so used to getting big bucks doing examination for Worker's Compensation insurers to dump their patients that he is starting to treat his own patients in a similar manner.

Dr. Mendez is good at what he do, but his bedside manners aren't that pleasant and he barely like to listen to what the patient has to say. I've mention to him several times about a problem that I'm still having and he chalks it up to it being mental as if I don't know pain from just being sore.

i was having such pain in my left arm a torn rotate cuff as it was keeping me from lifting my arm above my chest .i sought the service of DR. Mendez after seeing him i decided to have him operate and i was in so much pain.i had my sugary in June and went to physical therapy for about 3 mounts and my shoulder dose not hurt i have full movement and can put my arm over my head again. i cannot thank DR.Mendez enough for getting me right again

He Spent very little time with the examination provided no pain relief, rx'ed lots of physical therapy which helped little and would have me return in 7 to 10 days to do it all over again, finally had enough and found a Dr that actual spent the time and rx'ed the proper treatment, now feeling much better no thanks to Dr Mendez.

Dr Mendez is the most professional, caring, knowledgeable physician I have ever been in contact with, and I have been a nurse for 28 years. His kindness only surpassed by his ability and would recommend him to every one i know

Dr. Mendez is a wonderful Orthopedic Dr. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the file room clerk. The woman that answered the phone was extremely unfriendly and she made me feel as if I was bothering her by requesting a file. She is in the file room and her job is to accommodate file requests, but she has a very negative attitude. I was very kind using words such as; thank you, good morning, hello. Her tone of voice was scary and intimidating. Not good customer service skills at all.

this was my 2nd time seeing him and i still was not happy i was charged a copay only to be told i needed a mri which cost me 165.00 then i had to return and pay another copay just to get the results of my mri when a call would have been nice then i could not even get any pain meds why is the medical field only about greed what happen to the doctor making you feel like a person
