Dr. Arlene P Imber

Dr. Imber takes great care with our family. She's always ready and able to answer questions and provide sound advice. She listens to what we explain to her and provides care in terms we understand.

Doesn't listen to the patient. Looks at the chart. Doesn't consult with my specialists. Dr. Imber spends more time faxing and doing administrative work than seeing patients. I can understand why because her staff is incompetent. But administrative work needs to be done after all the patients in the waiting room have been seen. I've sat in the wairing room for almost an hour, watching her faxing, writing notes, etc.

Most unprofessional doctor I have ever met with. Has zero compassion and would not help the patient understand. She refused to help make a neurologist appointment for a hemorrhage stroke patient. WORST PCP EVER. Had no problem collecting our co pay.

Dr. Imber takes care of my mom and my aunt. She took care of my grandmom until she passed away. When my gram passed Dr. Imber closed her office so that she and her staff could attend gram's funeral. The is not only a great doc who takes good care of those I love the most but she is a great person! Can't say enough about how thorough she is and how much she truly cares about her patients.
