Dr. Garcia-Soto is very knowledgeable doctor who provides quality care and shows compassion for her patients. She will think outside the box to help you heal after surgery and give helpful tips to help you heal quickly and safely.

She is so caring & right on cue always on what her patients need. She's just totally amazing!

Dr Garcia-Soto is a caring professional doctor who goes above and beyond. She treats the whole person, not just what her specialty is. She reminds you of tests you need to have and does not let you leave the office if your blood pressure is too high etc. She is a skilled surgeon as well as a caring person.

I had a hard time getting Dr. Garcia-Soto to accept my case, and the wait time was long. After becoming her patient, I believe I was in the best hands possible. She is thorough, professional, knowledgable, and has a good bedside manner. I would wholeheartedly recommend her.

My visit was for a 6 month follow up. Dr. Garcia-Soto is so very sweet, smart, and genuinely concerned about all of her patients. She makes you feel at ease.

My last visit wait was over an hour...which has never happened before. I checked in with the desk after waiting 30 min., but still had to wait another hour+ before Dr. Garcia-Soto was able to see me. Of course seeing her was worth the wait.

She is very efficient with my exam but always takes time with me to answer any questions I may have. I never feel rushed. She is very direct with me and I appreciate that. Dr. Arlene Garcia-Soto cared for my mom who was diagnosed w Stage IVB Ovarian CA & passed away just 9 1/2 mos later. It was a devastating diagnosis for my seemingly healthy 70yr old beautiful mom & for the rest of us! I am a health care provider myself & have nothing but positive things to say about Dr Soto.... She is responsive & caring - yet truthful & realistic. She listens very carefully to her patients & their families & offers the best options available. Ovarian cancer is an uphill battle ... I was so very appreciative to have her fighting for us. We went to MD Anderson in the last 2 weeks of my mom’s life in the hopes of anything to extend her time with us & Dr Soto understood our need to do that & remained as supportive of us as ever. We were reassured that the care we received was the very best that could have possibly been offered. My mom was my best friend in the world & I’ve been devastated by this loss. 1 yr later - I’ve been meaning to thank Dr Soto - this is for her

I found her to be very cold and uncaring. She is impossible to get in touch with and her assistant seems to only find time to return phone calls on Fridays between 4:55-4:57. The last 3 messages I left with her office have yet to be returned, going on 2 weeks...

I had a sudden small bowel blockage and was horribly sick. Dr. Garcia Soto saved the day and was cautious, caring and knowledgeable. She fixed the bowel obstruction, performed a full hysterectomy, removed a large cyst and made sure that nothing spilled into my abdomen if it might have been cancerous. On top of that, she fixed some of the issues I had from a prior abdominal surgery 4.5 years ago. All the while she was caring and informative. HIGHLY recommend!

I was first referred to Dr. Garcia- Soto a year ago. She is the most professional and compassionate doctor I have ever had the pleasure to see. She and her assistant, Nicole, are kind and knowledgeable and I was informed of every step of every procedure. I would recommend them highly because they have taken excellent care of me!

I desperately needed to get my mother into a care facility as I could no longer care for her at home. Paperwork was required of Dr Soto as her cancer care physician. For 3 days I was told the Dr was in surgery and could not fill out the paperwork. This was even after I cried in the office, begging for the paperwork - I was so desperate. The nurse finally called me back at 11:55 on a Friday - told me they would not be able to fill out the papers and they were closing at noon. Wow.

I cannot express how thankful I am to have had Dr. Garcia Soto handle my hysterectomy. I was told by my regular OBGYN that my surgery was “risky” and she wouldn’t perform it. So I was referred to Dr. Garcia Soto. She and her Nurse, Nicole, have an amazing knowledge of the most current aspects of their industry. But the best part is that they CARE. I believed I could trust Dr. Garcia Soto and she proved it! I healed beautifully and feel great. Thank you so much!!!! I will definitely refer you!

i have recently had surgery by dr. Garcia and it is so sad that I wasn't even informed what was done to me . What all structures were removed from my body. I didn't even know I had stitches at one part of my body until I went to a 2 week follow up. Dr. has informed us that she will come talk to me in detailed about the surgery on the morning of the scheduled date but she didn't come until 10minutes prior to the scheduled surgery time and has never explained anything about the procedure.

This is the most caring gynocologist I have ever come into contact with. She is so gentle and reassuring. The fact that I need an oncologistmakes her a double blessing.
