I have ptsd from seeing her when in the psych ward to go to a chemical health facility. She threatened me that she would send me to a state psych ward if I didn’t comply with taking Antabuse. I needed help with alcohol abuse treatment not a psych facility. She then put me on a stay of commitment. She didn’t listen and was degrading and cruel. She wanted me to be afraid of her by threatening me when I would ask questions about MY care plan.

Dr. Boutine has helped me manage years of anxiety and depression. I was blessed to be introduced to her at Fairview Riverside. She gave it straight and always treated me with respect. I would still be seeing her if my insurance didn't suck so badly. I am now forced to go without my meds or her help. I adore her.

I will never see her again. I gave her the list of medications that I've tried in past & let her know what meds have helped & which ones I can't take do to bad reactions. She not only prescribed 1 med that I had problems metabolizing in the past which causes me to unintentionally overdose but a 2nd med she prescribed causes blood sugar spikes and I am diabetic, so I ended up in the hospital for a week, refused to treat me for my anxiety & denied me a referral to a different dr within same clinic

Dr. Boutin will not listen to anything I say.I found medications that work for me but she will not prescribe them.She is very arrogant and condescending.Avoid her if at all possible.

Listens to what I need and follows through, though sometimes gets prescriptions called in incorrectly.
