Dr. Sophocles is retiring. I wish him well. He was one of the best physicians I had during my lifetime of 77 years. He will be sadly and greatly missed. Dr. Sophocles was always on target with any and all of my health concerns. He is the classiest doctor anyone could ever meet. The music and art in his office matches his knowledge of what is necessary for anyone's health needs, whether it be physical or psychological. REALLY going to miss you and your office manager, sweet and beautiful Violet.

I have been going here for years and years and this is by far the best doctor's office I've ever been to! Knowledgeable and kind staff that actually care about you as a patient not as a co-pay. I pray that Dr. Sophocles NEVER retires because he's just that good at what he does!

I've only been a patient of Dr. Sophocles once but my experience was quite poor. I asked for a battery of tests to be performed for my check up, Dr Sophocles smiled in my face while nodding and performed none of them like I requested. Combine this with his clinic failing to send me the results after I requested them 4 times and it's safe to say I won't be returning to his clinic

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Sophocles for the better part of 17+ years and have enjoyed the services provided. Within the past 3 or 4 years he has hired a couple of new receptionist and I must say " Oh how the mighty have fallen." It isn't any fault of the Dr. but the blame rests on the shoulders of the receptionists themselves. 1 in particular is extremely rude and crass. Not 2 days ago I called to make a appointment for my son and was placed on hold for upwards of 45 minutes and after the receptionist returned to the line I was placed on hold for another 15 minutes. By this time I was livid and hung up. I called right back and upon answering I once again asked if I could make a appointment, I was told she needed to look at the scheduling and was again placed on hold. I waited for another 5 minutes and hung up. I was fuming when I called back. When my call was answered I told her to leave a message stating I would like for the Dr. To call me immediately. She told me the Dr. is too busy to call me back. I told her that basically she was refusing to leave my message for the Dr. and she hung up on me. Prior to this encounter She refused to provide me a receipt of co-payment stating she was busy and I'll get it before I left the office. Since this particular person has been there 3 of my co-payments were lost and this is the reason for the the request of payment receipt. On my next visit I will be requesting my medical records and in the meantime I will be looking for another primary care provider. Dr. Sophocles is a great doctor and his office staff and him really cares about the patient. I have been going to Dr. Sophocles for awhile. He is very professional and caring.

The woman at the front desk is very rude and acts as if it is a has to deal with anyone. It's difficult to get anyone on the phone and when you do it's a constant run around or shear rudeness. I would not bother with the poor service you have to deal with in order to even see the doctor, and that's if he is even there. I won't be trying to book an appointment in the future ever. I HAVE BEEN GOING HERE FOR OVER 20 YEARS. I TRUST DR. SOPHOCLES WITH MY LIFE. HE HAS ALWAYS TAKEN THE BEST CARE OF ME AND MY SON. HE TRAINS FUTURE DRS AND I THINK THEY ARE LUCKY TO GO THROUGH HIM AS A ROLE MODEL.

Dr. Sophocles has been my doctor for 27 years and I have never seen a better qualified doctor, nor a more caring doctor. He has the highest marks from me in all area's
