Very good first visit other than having to wait and no one ahead of us. Very nice staff!!!! Office is nice. Rooms are very clean and nice. PA was very through with a plan and communication with doctor which is very comforting that they work together for solutions and not a pill factory. Highly recommend if you want Rehab and willing to get back to a good livelihood which is what we are looking for and hoping for!!!

Dr. Rafi and his team have taken EXCELLENT care of me for the last 2 years. After four Rehabs, I am back to my normal life. I would definitely recommend this practice

This facility is extremely clean. The staff is very helpful and caring. A Covid and temperature check is required every time you visit . I visited at different times . At all times, I see physical therapy going on. My husband is a patient and is pleased with his care. Thanks Dr Rafi

Their rehab unit was great. The food was good and the dining staff was helpful. Nurses were also friendly. Dr Rafi was nice, fun and awesome person.I made a few friends and the place is suitable and all around good.

Had my first appt with Dr. Rafi today and was very pleased with the level of care I received. He took a thorough medical history, was thoughtful and patient in responding to my questions, and was very nice and respectful. The office runs super efficiently and is clean and pleasant.

I’ve been here only a few days and I already love this rehab. They are providing me with the best rehab after my heart operation and physical therapy is much needed. They are teaching me to walk again and hopefully the steps so I can go home. The have a round the clock best staff. The nurses and cnas are really nice and they really care a lot. I love the Greek Chanel

Had a excellent experience with Dr Rafi. He helped me save my son from abuse. The office atmosphere is really good especially the staff. Madison was really helpful and other people were also really friendly. I highly recommend this practice.

My name is Casey, I went to Dr. Raffi to help find out why I have been experiencing horrible pain for the last five months, I walk with a cane and am a 30 year old male. It always hurts horribly and through the last eight ER visits and several DR. Appt I haven't found an answer. I went to OSPTA physical therapy and they found a tightness in my ribs. Dr. Raffi had not touched or examined me at all, never came anywhere near me. He told me multiple times that if I don't need to be there I shouldnt come to see him and that women like to complain about pain and men know how to deal with it, very sexist comment. He became frustrated that I needed help, was still in pain, and said that I am fine and to be more of a man, he said that he hurts too that he just had three surgeries and he does not complain. He refused me service and kicked me out with my wife and her two children. I have long colored hair, have piercings, and tattoos. I don't believe I have to guess as to why I was treated this way. I had not asked anyone for any sort of pain reliever either. The rest of the staff was very polite and professional. Anyone with similar experiences with this man contact me on FB or contact the CDC, he told me he owns the office and that I couldn't complain if I tried. I highly recommend Dr. Rafi if your having any pain issues. I saw him a few weeks ago to get a second opinion. After discussing my issue, he suggested a less invasive procedure, which I was glad to hear and set up an appointment. Yesterday was my second appt and procedure. He explained everything step by step. My only regret is that I did not go to him months ago when my back pain first started. It’s now one day after my procedure and I have no back pain at all and I am able to bend without any hesitation. The office and staff is amazing and convenient to get to and follow up with you on text which I love. If you have any pain issues please don’t wait to make an appointment. Thank you Dr. Rafi !

Dr. Rafi not only helped my pain to completely go away but he made the whole process very easy. I was nervous about having a needle put in my spine but he reassured me that everything would be fine and even let me pick out my own music to listen to. He was a very down to earth and relatable doctor. I would definitely recommend going to him.

I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. He does not exhibit concern for the ailments of his patients. His English is very poor which makes him very difficult to understand. He appears to harbor a degree of fear of government authorities. He makes decisions which are suspect and which are not beneficial to his patients' health and well-being.

this dr needs to lose his license, he is so very rude, i went to him for back pain n he said there is nothing he was going to do for me, People Beware, do not see this dr for anything , he made me wait until he had his lunch, really . he's hateful

I waited for a phone call for 2 weeks. No one called me, then I call and they tell me he can’t see me or try to treat me because my xrays came back negative from a ortho... oh, ok! The ortho said he would give me an MRI because sometimes xrays don’t pick things up. This place is a JOKE, have the decency to call someone and tell them. Sitting here in so much pain. My 22 year old son walked in and asked for dope and was given exactly what he asked for...24mg suboxone daily.....he walked in with an opiate addiction and walked out with enough opiods to overdose!!!

Patients who were on Heroine addiction for long period of time , already completed in-patient rehab, they need maintenance dose of suboxone to prevent withdrawal effects and to keep them sober .Some patients take suboxone not following their doctors instruction. Suboxone is prescribed as 4mg or 8mg or 12 mg dose. If a patient take 24mg - thats not what doctors prescribe, patient is also supposed to see doctor every week but he does not show up for his appoint, the family need to get him admitted to in-patient rehab again .
