Dr Arielle Lee has been my doctor for 30+ years. Excellent!

This Dr. is an absolute joke, my 90 year old grandmother was dying of cancer and she continued to push chemo in her against our families wishes. If you want to watch your family suffer and die then this woman is for you. I feel she completely disgraces medical community, tread with care with this sad excuse of a human she will torture your family as long as there is insurance money to keep her going.

My wife and I have each seen Dr. Lee for the past 3 years. She has been great. She listens and remembers a year later, suggests OTC vitamin supplements to improve minor lab test items showing below average. She always gets us in and out on schedule and we are both very happy we found her for our concer followup monitoring.

It took 10 days to get an appt. The receptionist is nice, but she never kept her word about returning my call with info. The courtesy of a call is important when you're in a medical crisis, just to know someone is following through on your behalf. I suggest you call the nurse, not the receptionist or scheduler, to get a response. After cancer, one must start treatment within 8, at the very latest, 12 wks. Dr. Lee didn't even schedule tests until 14 wks out of surgery. Fourteen weeks...2 weeks beyond the very latest of 12 wks to begin treatment. She did do blood work, and promised I'd get a call with the results. Didn't happen. Dr. Lee was pleasant, but there was no discussion of treatment or prognosis. It was a waste of our time. I know we're in the middle of a pandemic, in unknown territory, but this is a matter of life or death, of cancer being under control or out of control. I'd heard she was the best, but of all the doctors we saw before her, she was the disappointment.

She was pleasant enough, but she never discussed a treatment or prognosis. Cancer patients who've had surgery must have treatment within 8-12 weeks of surgery. She did blood work (never contacted us about the blood work though she said we'd have it in a few days), but she scheduled tests for FOURTEEN wks outside the surgery. What oncologist does that to a new patient seeking treatment. It took 10 business days for us to get an appt. I called every morning with an assurance from Kim that she or someone from Dr. Lee's office would call me in the afternoon with info. Never happened. When people are in a medical crisis, please keep your word and return the call. The receptionist/scheduler is the only advocate we have in getting through to the doctor. Of all the doctors we met throughout this difficult journey, Dr. Lee and her staff were the only disappointments. She lacked compassion and thoroughness. She was a huge disappointment. This is the second review I've left on her provider rating. The first was never published. Let's see if this one is.

Dr. Lee took kare of my momma zeveral yrz. Ago my mom bn zeen by zo many dokterz but none az karing n underztanding like Dr. A. Lee I give her 5 ztarz. Thank u for all dat u did
