Dr. Ton and her staff are first rate. Been going there over 5 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. When you’ve got the best, why look elsewhere?

I’ve met her earlier when I took family members in for their appointment. I was very impressed with her knowledge, demeanor, and n methods of treatment. I changer over to her myself the other day, and had a great 1st visit. I’m 72 and very seldom need a doctor (other than a quick kare to get sewn up), but when I do need one, I’m happy it will be her!

Dr Ton is very thorough and a good listener. She always has a plan for treatment. I’ve recommended her to many friends

Dr Ton makes you feel very comfortable and is easy to talk with. She has a very comfortable manner and is open to any questions and is not overly aggressive in medications. Also Lindsey is awesome!!

Best doctor I have ever had! So personable and really listens and explains things to you.

I had a telemedicine appointment that was timely setup with 2 hours of calling. Dr Ton is a very exceptional person who listened first, asked clarifying questions, quickly answered my questions too and prescribed medication. She provided follow up information and other necessary information for any medical issues I might have. I can 101% recommend Dr Ton, if you need a doctor. She has been my families doctor for over several years.

Dr Ton and her staff are very kind concerned about what you have to say and how you feel.They explain everything fully. When you leave your appointment I am always satisfied with with every one.

It was time for my 6 month check up. I also had sinus problems. I love Dr. Ton & her office staff. They are all wonderful, make you feel comfortable.

Dr. Ton is one of the best doctors I’ve seen around here. She listened to everything and was very helpful. Even the ladies at the front desk were so polite and cheerful. Nobody was rude, which seems to be common in most doctor offices around here. I look forward to my next visit.

Dr. Ton, is the epitome of a family doctor, who’s emphasis is to listen compassionately to one’s concerns, then give the clearest answers to the issue you came to her about, explaining very clearly ones medications — she has the best bedside manner. As well, she gives meaningful advice on practical day-to-day health care to help improve one’s health. Plus her staff of nurses the best and the front office ladies are always very welcoming, warm and friendly.

Dr.Ton was thorough during our 3 month exam by asking questions if we had any problems or concerns . She had me go over to lab for a follow up on my Blood work.

Kept going in for severe pain in my stomach. She ran some tests and found some bad numbers but didn't want to do anything to help me figure out what is wrong and why I always hurt. She made me cry every time I saw her, like what I was feeling meant nothing. Her nurse is rude and discompashionate. Dr Ton & her staff are thorough & caring & ask questions that determine appropriate treatment recommendations. I feel confident in their ability to diagnose & comfortable with placing my health care in their hands.

First time visit with her, she seems very friendly and kind. I'm sure she will beable to help me in my needs for a doctor.

Dr. Ton was very attentive and spent time with me. She answered all my questions and did a thorough examination.

After the initial first visit check-in process that took about 20 minutes, I waited about 25 minutes to be ushered back by Kristen (Dr. Ton's nurse) who did the preliminary processes. She was friendly and efficient and thorough. There was very little wait time to see Dr. Ton once Kristen finished and left. I found Dr. Ton very friendly, attentive, thorough, and helpful. She asked appropriate questions and made recommendations without being pushy, demanding, condescending. I really liked her manner and have never been more impressed with a doctor in my 70 years. Bonus is the office was able to administer a pneumonia vaccine and the lab to do (at least) basic lab work is right down the hall and required (on this visit) only about 5 minute wait time. Dr. Ton had the prescriptions called in right away and Kristen called with lab results a few hours later. Awesome!

She is attentive to my health issues and concerns. I appreciate that she takes the time to listen first and then answer any questions that I might have. Excellent care and service every time. Has one of the best nurses working for her who has same patient care attitude. I feel lucky to have them as my care providers. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good care provider.

Best Doctor in the area! Hands down! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a doctor. She genuinely cares about my health and well being.

Dr Ton has been my dr for 6 years. She is compassionate, she listens to you responding in the way I understand. I am very pleased with her and her nursing staff She cares!

Dr Ton is great. I never feel like she rushes through a visit. Always very nice. I would highly recommend her.

My wife and I went in for flu shots, as we do every year around this time. We were quickly processed, called in, the shots were administered with no pain or discomfort, and we left. All staff members were professional and friendly. Premises were clean and bright. We highly recommend Dr. Ton and her staff, and well as Willis Knighton facilities.

Wasn’t left waiting in waiting room or exam room too long. She is a kind caring doctor

Dr. Ton & her staff are wonderful! The doctor always takes her time and listens when she is in the room as well as her nurse and the other staff I interact with along the way. I recommend Dr. Ariel Ton if you are needing a compassionate, caring doctor.

Dr. Thon, her nurse, and the front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. I felt like they really listened to me and gave me good advice without being pushy. Dr Ton is a very professional and caring Dr. She listens to your concerns and gives you advice you need not what you want to hear. I would and definitely will recommend her to anyone.

I absolutely love having Dr . Ton as my Dr . She’s very thorough , and will keep trying until the matter is resolved . Dr. Ton is interested in me as a patient, as a woman, and as a person. I always leave her office with a positive attitude and a sense of well being. I am in much better physical and emotional health, after becoming her patient. I actual look forward to my doctor's appointment.
