Receptionist is very rude.

One of the most useless “doctors” ever in this hospital. Gives you an appointment just for them not to do anything except to tell you some results that are probably fake so they can charge a quick buck. LONG WAIT TIMES. Get to your appointment 2 hours before so they can MAYBE see you on time. the staff is rude & make fun of the people that go there. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. COVID violations for-sure. There was about 30 people in this tiny waiting room waiting to be seen. People were sitting on the floor and plus also another 10 people waiting in the hall to be seen. They over scheduled people and long wait times. Just cancelled my appointment and will go somewhere else.

Best surgeon, caring doctor, knowledgeable and trusting!

Real doctor you could trust. Old school. Genuinely cares about his patients.

He is the best doctor. My 83 year old mother whose bones are so fragile, has had two shoulder replacement, a knee replacement, two fractures and recently a reconstructive arm fracture. All of them a success. Dr. Salzman is very knowledgeable and really caress about performing the best surgery possible. Also, my 21 year old daughter has been his patient since she was in middle school because of dislocation of her knee. She has received excellent care from him. It disappoints me to hear comments about the wait at his office. Yes, it can be lengthy, but those minutes or hours are worth being spent knowing that the end results are life changing. People need to focus on the actual surgery performed by a top doctor and not on the wait at the office. Hey, get off of Facebook and bring a good book. We should be thankful to have this doctor in Laredo. God bless you Dr. Salzman.

I wouldn’t recommend this doctor for children the wait is way to long. I also found him to be a little rude in the way he says things

Extremely RUDE!! Don’t go here if you can go elsewhere. They treat people poorly. Office people scheduled an appointment for my son and then after we got there and waited in the waiting room, charged my bank account for services they told us he would not see our son. Ridiculous!! Our visit w Dr Salzman was excelent! He was thorough and carefully explored my mothers situation. Im very happy w our mother in his care!!!

Very rude I just called and the lady could not tell me if my insurance was excepted there and she was very very rude

Had surgery from my elbow they had to remove 8 screws and a metal plate they broke 3 screw now I'm stuck with them I couldn't go serve my country because of does 3 screw bad doctor

Be prepared to wait at least 4 hours. The 3 times I have been to this Dr's office wait was almost 4 hours everytime. The worst thing is that consultation was less than 10 minutes.

My sister had an appointment at 3 pm today and its going on 9:45PM and she HAS NOT BEEN SEEN YET. VERY VERY POOR SERVICE. WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS. THEY SHOULD HAVE TOLD PATIENTS TO PACK DINNER WITH THEM. ON TOP OF PATIENTS BEING IN PAIN OR DISCOMFORT DUE TO SURGERY THEY MAKE THEM WAIT 7 HOURS. WOW SHAME SHAME SHAME!

Laredo: If you value your time, find a different physician! Dr. Salzman may be good (wouldn't know, since I cannot come with our baby to my husband's appointments as non-patient children aren't allowed in the waiting room), but his office's scheduling "system" is absolutely awful and plain disrespectful to patients (and their families). It is not acceptable for appointments to be scheduled at a time when the office knows the doctor will not be in. Having to call at your appointment time for the new time you should actually show up (2-ish4 hours later) is absurd. Even more ridiculous is showing up at that new time and still having to wait 2+ hours to be seen. One appointment (from time of pre-appointment check-in call to when he actually saw the doctor) lasted 7 HOURS! It would have been faster to drive to a doctor in San Antonio. Greatest Orthopedic Dr in Laredo Tx.

Dr Salzman performed total knee replacements on both knees and a toe amputation for my son. Waiting in his office is the only down side, but he is very thorough and explains everything. His daily visits, after my surgery were frequent and punctual. I have no complaints

I’d give this dr zero stars if I could. The wait times at this office are unacceptable. I got at the office at 830, for an appointment at 915. It is now noon and I am still waiting to be seen. I recommend people from Laredo avoid this place and go see a doctor in San Antonio.

Este doctor es bueno, pero el servicio prestado en cada cita es pésimo!!! Ellos te citan a una hora, y tú llamas 30 minutos antes para ver a qué hora realmente te toca, y después te terminan atendiendo hasta 3 o 4 horas después. Por ejemplo: te citan a las 11:30, entonces tienes que llamar a las 11am, y te dicen que te llamarán cuando tu turno esté cerca. Si te llaman (en las 5 citas que he tenido solo llamaron una vez), te dicen que te toca por ahí a las 2pm!!! Luego te atienden a las 5pm!!!!!

Very rude and misinforming. The receptionist (Liz) did not make sense with her explanations aside from misinforming us the first time we called. We called again WITH the information they asked for the first time then gave us an explanation that did not make sense before turning us away and telling us to find another doctor.

Worst dr ever, he had the guts to tell his nurses that my kids were destroying his office when the we're only talking nto running or talking. They do not allow kids unless they are the patient. I felt so embarrassed he did not realize I was still there when he said it. Keep in mind they were not talking loud he just dislikes kids
