It’s amazing to me that how one of the finest, competent , caring Urology surgeons in south Florida can go through an obviously broken Hospital system change, and also by the way, add a ignorant Medical Assistant that does everything to not help you. Feel bad Doc…….Sad

No answer, second call answered with no greeting, gave me number which was operating room. Left message on yet another number without response. My appointment apparently lost in space. Would give zero stars if I could.

Dr Silverstein and his staff are very competent and caring. They all care about their patients and have patients. They call you by name and truly care about you as a person as well as a patient. The best doctor/surgeon you can have Dr. Taub and Dr. Silverstine make a great team My husband had a very large kidney stone and needed surgery Dr. Silverstine called before and after surgery since I couldn’t be at the hospital due to Covid-19 was very caring and charismatic He and Dr. Taub deserve a 10 star review That being said the reason why I only rated 4 starts is because of the staff Their office staff is absolutely horrendous. Yesterday, December 15, 2020 was my first visit with Dr. Ari Silverstein. switching from another urology practice. . This wonderful experience was a blessing with Dr. Silverstein and his great staff. I am so happy and pleased with Dr. Silverstein's knowledge, expertise, friendly manner, great sense of humor and more. He made me feel welcomed and very caring and at ease. Due to my medical situation as I explained to the initial person I spoke with to get an appointment ASAP, Laura was very empathetic and listened and understood my situation completely. Within the next day I received a call from the office giving me an appointment within two days. Dr. Silverstein's staff is wonderful, caring and friendly. I have been a patient of doctor Silverstein for over 12 years. His new Staff and location is 2nd to none. He is extremely knowledgeable compassionate. He offers excellent prevented of care. I feel he really cares about his patients and I feel secure and safe with his dive gnosis and treatment. This office is a number one in my book

My step daughter had kidney stone that wouldn't pass and Dr Silverstein was able to put her on his schedule very quickly. He was very pleasant and professional along with funny..which kept my stepdaughter calm. Thank you Dr Silverstein for all that you did!!

It is rare that you find a doctor that is so excellent in every way. This is a compassionate man. He called me on a Sunday because he received results for my father and wanted to talk to me before our office visit. I am the contact person. Strait to the point!

Amazing Doctor who's very knowledgeable & patient. He is direct but still compassionate. I drove over 45 min to see him opposed to going to a closer Urologist. He will do whatever it takes to make you comfortable & explains the procedures so the patient can understand & feel at ease. 5 star service from him & his staff. I am very grateful to have had him as my urologist! Boca Regional should be thankful to have such excellence associated with their Hospital. Thank you Dr. Silverstein!

I've had three urologists treat me in the last 4 years. Dr. Silverstein was by far the best. He will make you feel comfortable yet he will not sugar coat the issues. He will answer your questions and give you the treatment you need. A urologist is not someone you want to see often but Dr. Silverstein will make those visits a lot less painful.

Recently had a surgery for a bladder tumor. Turbt, and went home without a catheter. He knew my phobia about this and I was able to go home without one. Very thoughtful for information given to my wife preop. He had some extra time waiting for me to be prepped and went to see her to answer any of her concerns. Very upbeat, positive,and caring doctor. Awaiting biopsy results.

I was in the hospital on Monday for Kidney stones and needed to find a urologist asap..I have to say from the time I walked in the office until I left I was impressed. The front desk staff, the nurses and exspecill the Dr. was amazing. I felt very comfortable and the office was very crowded and they squeezed me in.

Once again I visited Dr. Silverstein's office and once again I was thoroughly impressed. His staff work efficiently and are friendly. Dr. Silverstein listens and is always on point, never rushing.

Front desk staff are rude and nasty. You make an appointment, THEY call to cancel it and reschedule it. Ok, you reschedule. You arrive on time and then you sit and sit and sit. Over an hour later you're still sitting. During your sitting time, a person accompanying a patient comes in with a dog. The dog is a tiny little thing who yelps, barks, rubs its butt on the carpet and annoys everyone in the waiting room. Does the front desk say anything? No, Good doctor but never going back.

Smart, listens to you. never too many questions to ask . He is patient. He returns phone calls and shows a genuine concern for you. Wants to make you better.

Top notch doctors with 2nd rate staff. I trust Dr. Silverstein with my life (literally) but cannot count on his staff. I have had calls that were not returned, prescriptions that were not filled, and emails and letters not responded to. Over the course of time this has cost me money since insurance verification does not get done so I have to pay for needed prescriptions. Had cases were long term prescriptions were canceled since the office would not respond to repeated requests for review.
